Additionally, easy access to nearby amenities includes a quick trip to the Publix grocery store or hopping on Highway 98 for a journey to Destin or Panama City Beach.
Seagrove boasts some of the finest dining establishments along Scenic Highway 30A, including favorites like Cafe Thirty-A, Perfect Pig, Seagrove Market Cafe, Donut Hut, Surfing Deer, and Pizza by the Sea. Just a short stroll from the pristine sands and crystal-clear waters of the Emerald Coast, "The Chart House" offers convenient beach access at Scenic 395 Beach Access.

~ NO events or parties are allowed at this property! If we find that guests hold a party without the host's permission, additional cleaning fees will be assessed, guests will be asked to immediately vacate the property.
~ There is to be NO smoking inside OR on the exterior property of this home. Any sign of smoking anywhere on this property will result in cleaning fees and will be taken out of your deposit.
~ Please do not re-arrange the furniture. This could result in damages and additional charges.
~ NO illegal drugs or firearms on the property.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 25 or older to book this property
- Signed rental agreement required upon booking

The Chart House was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and ability to walk to the beach and the square. The grill was a great solution to feeding our group a dinner in, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Home was just like the photos. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful decor, lots of space for everyone, loved the back porch with rocking chairs. Easy walk to the beach / restaurants/ seaside area. Everything we needed was there for us - beach and bath towels for all - washer / dryer - extra fans - beach chairs and umbrella. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great place, great location and loaded with amenities. We rented bikes for all the kids and were pleasantly surprised when the house came with four bikes! Bonus for the adults not having to rent additional bikes. We have stayed at many houses over the years and this is one we would stay again!
