Mimi’s Cottage is an adorable bungalow that is perfect for families, with the perfect Old Seagrove location - just outside Seaside and directly across 30A from the beach! Built in 1953 and still owned by the original family, Mimi’s Cottage holds decades of love and warm memories of multi-generational family beach vacations. Never offered for rentals until now, Mimi’s Cottage has been completely updated, yet continues to retain that nostalgic, old FL beach cottage feel that is becoming more and more rare along 30A these days. With 1,906 square feet, Mimi’s Cottage sleeps up to 12 and offers 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and parking for 4 cars. On-street parking is not allowed, so please plan accordingly.

The cottage has a great location..across the street from beach access and about a 10 minute walk to the shops at Seaside. The beds are comfortable, just super soft in case you prefer firm.

Mimi's cottage was a great place to stay. Had eight adults - 4 couples. Each had their own room. Location was awesome right across the street from beach access. Close to Seaside and grocery store. Would stay here again.
