Just one street over from Seaside and only a few houses up from the beach, 239 Dogwood is a spacious 5 bedroom/ 5.5 bath beach house that can accommodate 14 comfortably. With the addition of the carriage house, this home will sleep 16! This centrally located new construction offers private parking, a gorgeous front porch balcony and huge back patio with pool!
As you make your way into the home you will be greeted by the spacious living room, kitchen, and dining room. This brand-new kitchen has everything you need. Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a gas range are just a few of the highlights of this gorgeous kitchen. The huge dining table has seating for 10-12 with an additional 5 seats at the eat in bar!
The cozy living room will be just what your family needs to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach.
Also, on the first floor you will find one of the many master bedrooms with King sized bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower.
The patio off the kitchen is complete with a large dining table and direct access to the homes private heated pool!
Head on up the gorgeous set of stairs onto the second floor. This floor has three bedrooms including a master bedroom with king sized bed and private en suite bathroom. This master bedroom has a porch that overlooks the pool. The second master on this floor also has a king-sized bed and en suite bath. There is also a balcony off this bedroom as well! The third and final bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of twin over two queen beds with a shared bath.
The second floor also boasts a second living area with couches, TV and a huge balcony with porch swing and seating area.
One more flight of stairs will take you to the master bedroom oasis. On this floor you will find a HUGE master suite with King sized bed, huge bathroom with separate soaking tub and walk in shower and double vanity. The third floor also has a living area with cozy sofas, a wet bar, and a huge balcony. The balcony has plenty of seating and a ping pong table.

We have rented large houses in Seagrove and Seaside for fifteen years now and this was the best and most open and comfortable spaces we have ever been in. The main level has a great primary King suite and a huge kitchen and living room and dining room that was perfect for us to hang out--then the next two levels have their own sitting rooms for getting away from everything to relax. We will be back and this was the best year we have had in Seaside and it is because of Dogwood Daze!

We enjoyed the house...it was even nicer than the pictures.
We would have preferred a keyless entry, and being able to disarm the very loud alarm when exiting the sliding glass door. We also wish there was a TV outdoors and a light by the grill so we could see what we were grilling at night.
Also, we didn't love that the street is not paved. The kitchen was very well appointed.

We had a wonderful time vacationing in Seaside but had a couple of issues at the property.
Dislikes
* The fridge was at 64 degrees upon our arrival and didn’t cool down despite our efforts. This spoiled our meat and despite notifying the property manager, we received no follow-up, although a technician did eventually visit.
* The Keurig coffee maker was non-functional.
* Outlets in the bathrooms on both the second and third floors were inoperative.
* We had to put air in the bike tires ourselves and one had a broken pedal.
* There was trash scattered around the trash cans.
We did LOVE…
* The location was fantastic—an easy walk to the beach and a quiet neighborhood.
* The pool and hot tub were stunning.
* The interior was exceptionally clean, with comfortable furniture and ample space for large families.
Overall, the property is beautiful, but several issues need addressing for a better stay
