Welcome to "A Point of View." This luxurious beach home is the perfect destination for your next family vacation! Loaded with amenities this home is sure to please! Enjoy unobstructed panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico on the BRAND NEW roof top deck! Experience stunning sunsets and sunrises over the Gulf, along with the best views in Seaside from the homes roof top deck and 4th floor observation room! As you enter the first floor of the home, you will breeze into the efficiency apartment that was recently upgraded with all new appliances and furniture!! This room includes a full kitchen, full bath, Queen Sleeper Sofa, and King loft bed designed for children and teens. Kitchen includes plastic ware for your convenience and outdoor use at the pool.
Out back, your very own private pool (that can be heated) and *spa are awaiting you! Lounge around the pool and catch some sun, cook delicious meals on the BBQ and end the night gathered around the fire pit with friends and family! The backyard is the perfect private oasis!
As you take the stairs, (or elevator), up to the second level you will find three bedrooms and two baths. The first bedroom has two sets of adult length bunk beds and is connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom, to the second guest bedroom with a king sized bed! You will also find the master suite with a private bathroom, and its own access to a private balcony on this level!
As you move on to the third floor you will be taken with the spacious open concept floor plan. This level has a beautiful gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and top of the line appliances. You will find that it is fully stocked with anything you may need for all of your cooking needs, including dinnerware for dining. There is seating for 8 (five chairs, plus a bench) at the dining room table and additional seating for four at the kitchen bar. Relax in comfort in this home living area; which includes a flat screen T.V. and a comfortable sectional sofa! There is a half bathroom off the kitchen for added convenience. The third floor of the home also features another guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed with a full bathroom.

House is perfectly located off dogwood beach public access. Very clean home and beds were nice. Unfortunately we had 13 adults and the space was not very accommodating. The loft bed is in kitchen number one and the pull out couch in this room is horrendous. The middle level rooms are great with the master suite and another king. Bunk bed is good but we had boys and girls and couldn't put everyone in there. Upstairs on the third room there is a queen bed and two pull out couches that when in use takes up all the sitting common area. It would never fit more than 13 people in our opinion but the location, pool and beds were comfy.

We were very disappointed with many things on this property. I paid for a daily heating of the pool and spa and unfortunately the heating mechanisms weren’t working so there were days we had no heat or only had some heat to the hot tub. They told us they would have to control it remotely but when we called and asked them to heat up the pool they never did. We were told we would get our money back and that has not happened yet either. The fire pit and gas grill did not work and we had to Jerry rig a starter in order to use it. We needed an iron as we were having pictures taken and when we picked it up the whole thing fell apart. When we called management on these things, Jerry rig a starter in order to use it. Every room in the house had patch marks on it so you could tell they were getting ready to paint. Unfortunately that did not make for a very pretty surroundings. We have not gotten back any type of response from management regarding all of our problems or compensating us for the amount we paid for the heat for the pool. These might seem like a little things but all together they took away from our family vacation. This house needs to be checked out from top to bottom, inside and out before it is rented again.
