Exquisitely decorated and immaculately maintained three bedroom, four bath cottage on a cul-de-sac in Watercolor. The home features an enormous great room which opens onto the front screened porch perfect for entertaining, a very well equipped gourmet kitchen, master on the main level which opens onto a sleeping porch, full laundry room, and two additional bedrooms with full baths upstairs. There are two pull out sofas in the great room and an outdoor shower. No detail has been over looked in this fantastic family home which fronts a private park like green space perfect for family lawn sports, sipping cocktails, reading, or picnicking.
Cozy up to the wood burning fireplace in the winter months or open the French doors throughout the house and enjoy the beautiful warmth of the gulf breezes most of the year. Close to everything and in the heart of Watercolor resort yet located on a private cul-de-sac.

Great location. Located on small quiet side street. House was well equipped and well taken care of. Master bed was super comfortable. Going to go home and buy myself the same mattress! Only downside was only one set of towels in each bathroom other than master which had two. Highly recommend staying at this house for anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

The property manager was helpful in the checking in process. The place was clean and just like it was advertised. Love the house. Has a lot of charm.

The owner Eddie was very responsive and helped us from the moment we got there. The house is in the perfect location in the watercolor community. Beach access was easy and the kids had a pool to swim in after the beach. We love Seaside!

This home was perfect for our family! The location is near the shops at Watercolor Crossing and Camp Watercolor. The beach is a short, but not practically walkable distance from the house. The home is as described, clean with appropriate amenities. We left a few valuables (both in terms of cost and sentiment) behind at checkout but the owner was responsive when contacted. Between Eddie and housekeeping, all items were recovered and shipped to our home. It's nice to rent from trustworthy folks! Thanks Eddie!
