The house was a 3 minute walk away from public beach access and close to Highway 30A for commutes by bicycle. It was spacious and had a nice downstairs common room where people could gather. It also had a very eclectic art collection!
The beds need to be replaced as several have broken box springs and have lost their support. Books and crannies needed a thorough cleaning and the floors and furniture were fairly dirty when we arrived. There were also few closets and no hangers, which made it difficult for us to properly put away our clothes during a week-long stay. At night, a rhythmic banging could be heard and we couldn’t find the source to fix it.

Great location. Very comfortable house. Great parking for 2-3 cars which is unusual in the area.
Legs of a couple of the dinning area chairs needed repair so we couldn’t use them.
