Mattress could do with changing and instructions on how to work heating and hot water Wasn’t happy having to hold valve on boiler to bring up to pressure so it would work had to do this a couple of times Blind in lounge had not been put back up

Overall a nice experience

Nice and big,clean,good communication to get into the property and lots of extra for the price

Parking was a big issue for me with young children I no the host give you a list of places you can park which is helpful however they are all short stay or no over night stays which ruined the break slightly as I was constantly clock watching when I needed to move the car

Really happy, nice clean and tidy

It’s clean and well maintained, it’s more than worth for the money.

Need bathroom lock, better if they provide fan, but nothing to complain, the windows are big and openable.

The building was horrible, no sign posts so have both ended up with fines as it says to part in the car park but that road is no accessible!! Beds were the most uncomfortable things we’ve tried sleeping on. No that close to anything apart from Asda

Budget base camp for large groups.

Very spacious, plenty of room for our party of 9, with nice decor. Plenty of hot water for everyone to shower.

Only having one bath room for 9 people was a little tricky. The kitchen could be better stocked with utensils and cookware. Items like hand soap and washing machine up liquid would have been appreciated. The communal area in to the flat was tired and had an unusual smell.

Great place to stay for beach trips

Very comfy, and wonderful open plan Big kitchen/diner/lounge, really nice and Asda was only about a minute's walk away Comfy beds, fluffy soft towels; wonderful to have a dish washer and especially a washing machine AND a tumble dryer esp after days at the beaches Also not far from Rhossili beach and Penbury beach...both empty and massave and a few miles long of sand and some lovely shells to collect

Because there wasn't park at the property, we had Asda car park 2 hours free parking so had to park on side streets close by...but with the good weather we had, it didn't really matter Just had a couple of issues which were sorted straight away

The property was so spacious and so clean. We loved how modern it was. The location was perfect and in good driving distance for what we needed.

It was really hot and we definitely needed a fan but it’s that time of year so it didn’t bother us. We had a tiny problem with our late check out but that was my fault!

5 night stay visiting family

We stayed here as it was a few minutes drive to where our family live so the location was great for us Convenient to be next to Asda which we used for parking when we were just popping back briefly or we dropped family then drove a few roads away to park (Asda has max stay of 2 hours) The apartment was spotless on arrival Communication was great including check in instructions which were easy and hassle free after a long drive The basic supplies in the kitchen were much appreciated and saved us money having to buy them The apartment was easily big enough for 4 adults, 3 children, although the sofa wasn't big enough for everyone to sit down at the same time. It felt spacious and well organised. The kitchen was well equipped and we managed to cook for 10 with ease (although we only had 4 forks so maybe something for the company to keep an eye on) the children had to use bowls for dinner too as there weren't enough plates for everyone. No problems with WiFi, signal was good. Would recommend and happily stay again.

The company needs to frequently check there are enough plates, cutlery etc for the amount of people who can stay. Some of the mattresses will need replacing in the near future as some of the springs could be felt but the majority of beds were comfortable.

The flat itself was nice. Sheets were lovely and clean. Handy for shopping in Asda. Large and spacious kitchen sitting area.

Information about the 36 steep stairs to access the flat and even more to access the one bathroom. The double yellow lines outside the door. No parking though it advertises parking. A multi-storey which shuts and is no good anyway if you are carrying a roof box. The dirty oven and grill. Handrail on steep stairs coming away from the wall. Broken leg on chair and sagging sofa.

the kitchen was big

no keys available when arriving at property car parking available locks your car away at 6.30pm unclean corridors smelled like faeces doors and touch points dirty very unkempt property.

A good base for walking the Wales Coast Path!

It would have been helpful to know which of the 4 keyboxes was for which flat. The flat was airy and modern with excellent wifi and good hot water for showers and washing up. Beds comfy. Good location. Owners should point out there is 30 minutes free parking behind flats where you can leave cars overnight until 8.30am. We appreciated the washing machine but did not need to use drier or dishwasher.

It was adequately cleaned but pans in the oven were left dirty. The hallways and stairs were very dirty with litter and were not cleaned during our 9 day stay which lets down the property. We were only 3 so cutlery and crockery adequate if a bit mismatched but hard to see how 6 people would manage! A chair in the bathroom would be useful - we used one from downstairs. We got an email to put out the rubbish 'in a cupboard' but no idea where the cupboard was! End of stay instructions said put rubbish 'in the garden' but there wasnt one. A second teatowel would have been nice.

Kitchen - dishwasher didn't work at all barely enough cutlery. No hairdryer Car park was not even open on our arrival, hassle before we got in and closed at 2pm on a Sunday! A massive hindrance!
