A comfortable house by the river, in a wonderful city, where you can have a great time with a large

We spent the New Year holidays with our family in this accommodation, for more than a week. A beautiful comfortable house, there is enough space for a group of 12 people. Great location, access to the river, lots of interesting things in the city itself and nearby. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen (small, but enough space), a wonderful barbecue area and the area adjacent to the house, in the warm season it must be simply fantastic. We used the sauna several times, we really liked it. The owners are very attentive and friendly people. We had a great time, we would be happy to come back here in the summer or autumn.

It is clear that there is no limit to improvement:). In our opinion, in this really beautiful house, for greater comfort, something could be improved: - in the hallway near the entrance there is not enough organizer for shoes and hangers for outerwear (although in the rooms there is a possibility to hang it, but it is not very convenient). Perhaps in winter this is much more relevant than in warm periods of the year; - the WI FI signal is not equally reliable in all rooms of the house, it would be good to install an amplifier to fix this; - for spending time with a large company, in the living room it would be good to have a modern TV with a larger diagonal, 50-55 inches, with good sound:); - in three rooms on the second floor the toilet-shower area is not separated from the bedroom itself, this is really unusual, if there were some kind of partition it would be much more comfortable. But all this in no way spoiled our time and impressions :)

Groot appartement kortbij allerlei uitstapjes.

De ruime slaapkamers bijna allemaal voorzien van een eigen badkamer. Centrale plek voor allerlei uitstapjes. Bakker en supermarkt kortbij. Ruime tuin aan het water.

Er zijn geen kasten in de slaapkamers om de kleren ed in te doen, terwijl de kamers ruim genoeg zijn om deze kasten te plaatsen. Je leeft vanuit je koffer of tas. Ook het wifi bereik kan beter. Als je dicht bij de meterkast bent (of er boven slaap) dan gaat het wel maar een filmpje streamen in de woonkamer of daar waar de eettafel staat op je telefoon gaat met horten en stoten. Neem dan een groot data abonnement. Jammer. De voorzieningen liggen er.

Tolles Haus mit sehr schönem Garten

Das Haus ist sehr groß und sehr schön, wirklich top gepflegt und super für eine große Gruppe. Der Garten ist traumhaft inkl. Terrasse und Grill. Die Lage ist sehr idyllisch und das Örtchen wirklich toll, ein Besuch der Grotte ist empfehlenswert. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos

Leider war bei Buchung nicht ersichtlich, dass zusätzliche Energiekosten (Wasser, Gas, Strom) nach Verbrauch abgerechnet werden. Das war eine unschöne Überraschung. Bei den En-Suite-Badezimmern (inkl. Toilette) gibt es größtenteils keine Tür. Dadurch leider wenig Privatssphäre möglich.

Zalig vertoeven. Iedereen tevreden

Unieke ligging aan het water, mooie zonnige omheinde tuin met uitzicht. Uitstekend ingerichte keuken, slaapkamers met eigen badkamer. Ruime living. Duidelijke gebruiksaanwijzingen . Aangenaam contact met de eigenares! Komen zeker terug!

Wunderschönes Haus mit Garten direkt am Fluss.

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, der große Garten liegt direkt am Fluss. Neben dem Haus befindet sich ein Spielplatz. Toll ist auch, das bis auf ein Schlafzimmer alle ein eigenes Bad haben.

Es gab kein Geschirrhandtuch oder Handbesen. Das die Nebenkosten nicht im Preis inbegriffen sind (bei uns kamen noch einmal fürs Wochenende pro Person 20€ dazu).
