It was the third time in the same year we’ve been there. The property is in a amazing landscape just in a valley between the mountains and the river, moreover the contact with nature and facilities are amazing with friendly people and fair treatment ar all services. All apartments has the same devices with the right package to ensure a good stay, kitchenware, outdoor activities that’s can enjoy in every season.

We stayed late September and the heating turns off quite quickly making the room cold and takes a long time to heat up.

Well appointed lodges with good facilities on site.

Lodges are well situated for our visit, they are clean and tidy with good self catering equipment. They have a bar and small shop on site but there are two good supermarkets nearby for larger items.

Not expected this dirty facility in western country . Not at all happy in our stay .

Surrounding areas and family with young kids has lot of activities at this place while stay and relax vacation .

Location about 25 min drive to spa circuit but it is in village kind feeling without wifi and old properties we got key night 9 pm and entered in room was fill with dog/ car hair on sofa , bed and chairs . Floor was not broomed nor mopped . Bathroom does not drained. No in service for cleaning for 3 nights stay . To change linen or cleaning bathrooms . Or no material was drop so we can clean on our own .

Horendous dated park from the 90s. Avoid if you dont want to “rough it”

It was close to Spa Race Track.

This is a place that your strange neighbours would come to! It’s like stepping onto the set of a cult film! Very dated ghost town huts that smell of mold. No bedding, toaster, kettle or running water for 1 full day! Everything is 20+ years old. It’s a place where school 5th years come for an adventure style holiday. They were not serving breakfasts or evening meals. The cabins also have no cookers, only a hob. Camping would actually be better!

Nice stay near Spa Francorchamps.

First of all a big compliment to chance my dates (1 day before) after I wrongly booked. The venue itself is very near to Spa Francorchamps (15 minutes by car) and is in the middle of the nature. The rooms are pretty big and have a nice balcony.

A lot of youngsters in the facility, who were awake during the night and making some noises. The rooms smell a little 'muff' and you have to take your own blankets and sheets, but that's ok. For the rest; nothing to complain about.

Great staff and location, but the condition of the property could use some attention.

The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Everyone we interacted with was professional and welcoming, which we really appreciated.

While the staff were great, the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the facilities could definitely be improved. There were a few maintenance issues, like a broken floor and a rusty shower, which made the space feel a bit worn down. We also came across some leftover noodles on the floor, Gummibears under the bed, and even a Monopoly house tucked into the couch — small things, but they added up and suggested the cleaning could have been more thorough.

Lovely , but disappointing

Location is lovely. Reception staff excellent. Very quiet at night.

Service in the bar and restaurant was absolutely terrible. So slow we walked out. There seems to be a lack of training or insufficient staff. Accommodation, is in need of a refresh. Heating going off every night made the building freeze. Lack of water for some of the stay meant we couldn't use the toilet or showers. No refund or compensation offered. The lack of lighting near the cooker seems like a design flaw.. we left a day early..

Beautiful surrounding

clean accommodation, the location is close to Remouchamps, Waterfall Coo&Plopsa Coo, beautiful nature and landscape surrounding the accommodation, free access to municipality indoor swimming pool outside summer season, facilities for kids to play and explore the nature. The receptionist helped us to stay at the apartment at the ground floor.

the wifi is unavailable at the apartment, wifi can only be accessed in the main building, we experienced twice without water supply running at the accommodation in the morning till 11 am.

Quiet domain with different types of accommodation to fit your budget and expectations.

Beautiful domain near a river. A swimming pool and a small restaurant on site. Easy to park in front of your accommodation. The apartment was small but well equipped, maintained and clean. Very close to Spa-Francorchamps circuit.

Few things were missing in the accommodation (bathroom mat), and the need to pay extra for bedsheets and towels is not so nice.

The peace and quiet.

The room was not properly cleaned before our arrival. Even after complaining at the reception with pictures shown, nothing was done about it. The facility was understaffed und items in the small shop by the reception were over-priced. It was very short of our expectation. Unfortunately we cannot recommend it to anyone based on our experience.

Location and facilities are good. There is also plenty to do in the area.

The house! The stairs are very steep and there is no toilet upstairs. For grandparents and small children it is not only difficult but extremely treacherous going to the toilet at night. In addition the bungalow was not clean. And finally the restaurant and the reception areas were more closed than open.

Very good

Nice location near Spa Francorchamps racing circuit. Near small town of Trois Ponts where you can find shops and restaurants. Also near towns of Stavelot and Malmedy which are historical places of Dwcember 1944 fights. Very quiet, nice river flowing by side of the facilites.

Basic accommodation with sheets and towel costing extra. So bring provisions.

Very convenient for Spa Francorchamps circuit. Enjoyed food and drink in site restaurant on first evening - Saturday.

Disappointed to find bar/restaurant closed on second evening - Sunday. No facilities at all. And site shop had no bread in morning.
