Umbrian bliss

This is a perfect place. Location is outstanding and the views spectacular. Breakfast delicious and the hosts are welcoming and helpful. Heaven on earth.

There is nothing to not love about the place. My only recommendation is to have a small rental car to make the last turn.

The location was impressive and easy to get back into town. It was a very friendly place and we felt very happy there. The breakfast was brilliant and the swimming pool lovely with an amazing view over Spoleto.

The view looking down to the town of Spoleto is breathtaking! The pool area, rooms and gardens are all stunning. Ilaria is the perfect host and does an incredible job with breakfast on the terrace each morning. The property and the hosts are 100/10

Perfection in Umbria !

The cakes / breakfast was amazing . The pool and the view were ideal especially in the heat ! The owners and their family are really kind and friendly. This was a very welcome stay after the chaos of Rome.

The best place we have ever stayed at. Exceptional.

We loved everything. Our three night stay was simply outstanding. Our hosts, Ilaria and Ivan(and family!) made us feel very special, attending to every request with style and charm. This is a truly 5 star experience. The views are breathtaking, the pool fabulous and the beautiful gardens and surrounding olive groves spectacular. We decided on our first evening that we would be returning. Breakfast was bliss and varied each day. We booked dinner which was cooked by Ilaria and Ivan. Wow! Simply delicious, authentic and locally sourced cuisine. Blew the socks off every restaurant on our 17 night tour of Italy.

What didn't we like?! There was nothing at all to dislike about Agriturismo Collerisana, it was absolutely perfect.

Look no further - perfect accommodation

Everything about this agriturismo is amazing! The host is incredibly welcoming, so is her whole family. I'm still dreaming of the breakfast she provided - such fresh ingredients and a huge variety and quantity of food! The room was beautifully decorated and clean, very comfy beds. She really does make you feel like it's your home too for your stay.

If you're walking to Spoleto you do need to be careful on the roads - but driving is just as easy if you have a car.

Exceptional

Our host Illaria was so attentive and prepared the most outstanding breakfasts with all fresh produce many of which were home grown,homemade cakes and pastries and local speciality cheeses and jams the blackcurrant and wild cherry was particularly delicious....The infinity pool was spotlessly clean and overlooked a beautiful panaramic view of Spoleto and the Duomo. The gardens were beautifully kept and burst with colourful scented flowers .

Paradise in the Spoleto Hills

The location of this amazing place was absolutely breathe taking .. some mornings the sun was rising over the hills other times you were in the clouds. But always felt so relaxed and peaceful in this very special place. Our host was outstanding always attentive from helping with restaurant recommendations to covid testing. Breakfast was always exceptional with attention to providing tastes of local fair. The pool area and all the special places to sit and enjoy were wonderful. This will definitely be a place to come back to.

Perhaps the most wonderful place we have stayed

This place is absolutely breathtaking. The accomodation is charming, the views are stunning and the hosts are among the friendliest, most hospitable people you will ever meet. The whole family helps out, including the two boys, who will make sure you will not be short of espresso in the morning or will challenge you to a game of chess. Breakfast is lavish and extremely tasty and we had dinner at the Agriturismo as well on the last night, which felt like a true Italian experience. The hosts really know how to cook a stunning meal and go out of their way to make sure you are having the best time. We would recommend this to anyone visiting the region and we will for sure be back.

Everything you want from an Agriturismo

We had a great is 10-night stay in Agriturismo Collerisana. It combines the charm and small scale (only three rooms) of an agriturismo with the quality and service of a 5 star resort. The wonderful family living here makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.

It's a beautiful location. The view is excellent. A taxi or car to reach the center of the city is recommended. Breakfast was really good though maybe a bit much. The owner seems to really have a passion and a personal touch. I would recommend anyone to stay here. Either as a base to explore the region or as a stop for a couple days.

Un luogo del cuore

L'agriturismo Collerisana è un paradiso. La posizione sul colle di fronte a Spoleto offre un panorama bellissimo sulla città, vicina ma lontana. Tutto è curato nei dettagli:il giardino, le camere, la piscina. La struttura è molto accogliente così come la signora Ilaria, gentilissima e professionale. È anche un'ottima cuoca come abbiamo potuto apprezzare durante una cena cucinata apposta per noi in un'atmosfera unica e rilassante, fuori dai ristoranti cittadini. Spero che riescano a mantenere questo luogo così come è adesso. Per noi è stato tutto oltre ogni nostra aspettativa e sicuramente, se avremo occasione, ritorneremo. Grazie per averci fatto sentire coccolati!

Wszystko było wspaniale. Struktura domu, ogród, basen i bajeczny widok na Spoleto. Doskonałe serwowane śniadania na świeżym powietrzu. Bardzo ładny, wygodny pokój.

Jedynym wyzwaniem, które można zaakceptować za którymś razem jest dojazd:-). Niezbędne jest poczucie humoru i kompaktowe auto.

Prachtig en sfeervol Italiaans familie huis dat is omgebouwd tot een B&B. Zeer gastvrije en service gerichte gastvrouw en familie. Heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt op het terras met uitzicht op het oude Spoleto. Gastvrouw verzorgt 3 keer per week een uitgebreid diner. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ausgesprochen freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service durch Ilaria und ihre Familie. Da der Agriturismo Collerisana nur drei Zimmer hat, ist die Betreuung sehr individuell. Traumhafte Lage am Berg mit atemberaubendem Blick auf die Altstadt von Spoleto mit Rocca Albornoziana und Dom, sowohl vom Pool als auch von der Frühstücksterrasse aus. Hervorragendes Frühstück mit allem, was das Herz begehrt, wird am Tisch serviert. Dreimal in der Woche besteht die Möglichkeit, dort zu Abend zu essen; Ilaria kocht vorzüglich und verwöhnt ihre Gäste mit einem ebenso köstlichen wie reichhaltigen umbrischen Menü. Die Zimmer sind elegant eingerichtet, haben eine eigene kleine Terrasse und darüber direkten Zugang zum Pool.

Die Handtücher werden nur alle drei bis vier Tage gewechselt, was andererseits natürlich gut für Umwelt und Klima ist.
