Monastero Del Palazzo Casa Vacanze

We had a delightful stay. Lisa was a very kind host and always answered questions before and during the stay quickly. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect - in the lower part of Spoleto so no issues with ZTL and parking was very easy to find, but just a few minutes' walk from the escalators that bring you to the upper town where most sights are.

Everything you need for as long as you need to stay. Very clean, centrally located, nice views to the town. Lisa is an extremely accommodating host. There is a nicely equipped kitchen, washing machine which we had to use as we were on the road for a while. Safe, iron, air con.

Nothing that I can think of

Location superb . Flat cool and clean and homely. Building beautiful. Super helpful host. Lots of information was provided. Any problems were sorted straight away. The location was in the heart of real Italian life which was lovely without too touristy like, say, Assisi. The vaporetto event was great fun.

The veranda was south facing and small. We were unable to utilise it in the day during midday sun where we wanted to be outside but in shade on the rest days we had. The chairs were not comfortable enough to relax outside. It’s more suitable for short stays than longer. Spoleto going through a lot of reconstruction work so lots of cranes on skyline and many shops permanently closed.

non ci sono punti negativi. Assenza dell'ascensore, come piccolo neo, ma se non si hanno particolari problemi fisici, i due piani non creano nessuna difficoltà al raggiungimento dell'appartemento.
