About this house rental
Welcome to our beach house! This 5 BR home has an inverted layout that's perfect for entertaining!! With large, open living space upstairs, you get great views of the bay from the living room and second story deck. You can hear the ocean as you are above many houses in the area. This house is large and very spacious, providing you and your family ample room to "spread out". Bedrooms have plenty of space. Lower deck provides a great spot to have a nice morning coffee and listen to the birds. New to 2022, all rooms througout home have split unit air conditioning and heat. The house has high speed wireless internet (300Mbps) and Hulu with Live TV in the living room and every bedroom. Large Weber grill provided with propane as well as house amenities (laundry machines, detergent, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher detergent). 6 bikes provided with the house for your use.

Bedroom 1 - 2 bunk beds with full on bottom and twin on top (4 mattresses total)
Bedroom 2 - 1 bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top and one twin bed

VRBO Review: Had a group of nine that stayed with plenty of space to stretch out, do some work during the week and destress. The kitchen is well stocked with the essentials (we cooked at home for the majority of meals) including two wine fridges for a week's worth of beverages. Definitely plan 48 hours ahead for grocery delivery; the sticker shock at the local shops is very real, or it would be if there were price stickers on anything for sale.
WiFi was reliable, everyone slept great, and the beach is a block away with plenty of towels and beach chairs on hand. Brian and Julie were super accommodating hosts and had nice touches & suggestions. We used the house bikes to get over to Ocean Beach for the nightlife, but appreciated how quiet the immediate neighborhood remains. Highly recommended!

We had a great 4th of July stay at Brian and Julie’s house. The location was great and the house had everything you could need. The outdoor shower and foot shower were really useful. We had a very memorable trip.

This house was perfect for our stay in Fire Island. The hosts were very accessible and helpful. The amenities were perfect and I would recommend staying at this house again and again. Thank you Julie and Brian for making our vacation unforgettable and we can’t wait to book with you next year!!

I stayed here with 9 other friends recently for a girls' weekend. We had such a great time. The house is so clean and has every amenity you'd need. There were more than enough beach chairs and towels and the beds were so comfortable. It's also in a great spot. It was about a 5 minute walk from the ferry and another 5 minutes to the beach. Brian and Julie are wonderful hosts. They respond quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. My group is already planning to come back and we will make sure to stay here again. Thank you Brian and Julie!
