•Spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home-comfortably accommodating 14 guests
•5-minute walk to the beach, 3 minutes to bay, and 3 minutes to town of Ocean Beach
•Large deck with a dining table, umbrella, lounge chairs for relaxing, a gas bbq, and access to bikes and beach chairs
•Spacious interior including a fully outfitted kitchen with breakfast bar, and comfortable living room with ample seating
•Separate living room for kids to be entertained
•Host has 15 years' experience
•Over 25 5-star reviews
House rules:
*No sand in the home rinse off in outside shower or hose on side of the walkway in front
*Keep all beach items such as beach towels, chairs, cooler, umbrella leave outside
*Wipe shoes off before entering or take off at front door,
*Cleaning people will report any excessive sand/damage and security $ will be forfeited
*Absolutely no smoking inside the house, dispose of cigarettes butts in
garbage when smoking outside.
*Don't rearrange furniture
*Don’t have any windows/doors open with the air conditioning on
*No loud music inside/outside cops will come and given heavy fines
*Turn off front deck outside lights at 10pm the neighbors can’t sleep (red house side)
*All garbage must be taken out to out of the house and put under the
staircase where the pails are. The Garbage gets put on the curb on
Wednesday and Sunday evening by 6pm. Please secure the tops of
garbage cans due to wild animals will rip all the garbage out. Please attach garbage cans and tops
*All bikes/wagons much be locked anywhere in Fire Island even at the house
especially at night
*House should be left as clean as you received it all soiled towels should be
left in the bathroom tub/shower areas
*Minium age for renters is 30 years old

Best Host EVER! He is so responsive and so kind! His house was great, and he was reachable at all times! This is the house you want to stay at because it was nice, great location, and Fire Island is so special of a place! Thanks again for being the most caring host ever!

After a mix up with the code to get into the house, everything was great. John was very quick to rectify the issue and checked back to make sure we got in and all was OK. House is lovely - We were there for a wedding weekend and enjoyed ourselves.

This house is lovely, exactly as pictured. Spacious, clean. The location is perfect. Right near town and the bay and just a quick few minutes to the beach.
