The main house has 2 bedrooms, one with queen size bed and other with full bed, both with smart TV’s. Third bedroom has 4 twin size bunk beds with a pocket door adjoining a large luxury suite; king size bed and twin over queen bed. Large living area with sectional sofa and 2 recliners, dining table and great coffee/beverage bar. Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new refrigerator and gourmet cooking stove. Perfect layout to ensure multiple families each have their own privacy.
Home is air conditioned. Boasts a very large private deck, including smart outdoor TV, foosball table, lounge chairs, ample outdoor seating and brand new barbecue. Great to either just sit back relax and hear the waves crash or entertain.
House is fully stocked with all amenities you would need for a great beach vacation experience. Includes adult cruisers, wagons, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and outdoor games and activities. We recently had a fabulous vacation at the "Bougie Beach Bungalow"! The homeowner, Vanna, was amazing to work with. Made our visit so comfortable from the moment we arrived, through the end of our week-long stay. She was extremely responsive to all of our inquiries and flexible with our needs. The house is newly renovated, very clean, and lots of space to spread out for our family of 5 with a few houseguests during the week. No one ever felt crammed. The back deck was perfect for entertaining, with plenty of seating, ample lighting and well kept BBQ. Plenty of beach chairs, towels, linens and bicycles to go around. The house is just a couple minutes walk to the ocean so convenient to hop back to the house for lunch or to catch a quick sunrise or sunset. Would HIGHLY recommend staying at this beautiful home - We can't wait to return!
