This 4 bedroom beach house comfortably sleeps 10 and is available for rent with new interior furnishings . This home is a new listing and features great outdoor space including a new large deck with a private pool, open space plan, and a wonderful front porch. We have created a free flowing space connecting the interior living space to the outdoor entertainment.
This newly updated home in Fire Island is perfect for your family vacation or friends getaway.

The house is fully air-conditioned, has great light exposure , with a spacious custom kitchen including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a washer & dryer.
1st Floor: 1 Large queen bedroom sleeps 2 people and includes a full bathroom for guests. There is an open concept kitchen layout, a large spacious living and dining area with high ceilings creates a bright and airy feel. A large cute Den/Family room or 5th Bedroom off the living area on the 1st floor can accommodate extra guests or friends with extra sleeping sofa bed, flat screen tv and add'l seating for adults or kids.
2nd Floor: 3 Spacious bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a large hallway separating rooms for privacy.
There are a number of luxurious amenities that also come along with this house. In house sonos sound system, flat screen Tv's, free wifi, weber bbq, fire place, towels & linens, dishware, keurig coffee maker, a toaster oven, and gorgeous furnishings.

There are bikes, beach chairs, a wagon, games and toys all on site and so many great amenities located in town including: restaurants, shopping, ice cream shops, gourmet deli, art, yoga, and tennis all in close proximity. Around the corner 1.5 blocks away there’s basketball courts, a baseball field and an outdoor playground. The beach is located just right outside the door with immediate access steps away. Ocean Beach also offers Camp for children on a weekly basis for 1/2 and full days subject to availability which is walking distance down the road.

The house was lovely and well within walking distance from ferry, town and beach. David was more than professional and communicative leading up to and during our stay. We went for Ryder Cup and not ever having been to Fire Island/ocean beach we were unaware of the “no car” and ferry or water taxi only. Given the reason for us staying there - to get to Bethpage, it did cause a bit of stress linkng up proper transportation and times. I can see the appeal of staying with family and friends the whole time and not having to worry about cars/logistics, it just wasnt the purpose of the trip for us. Aside from that, the stay was wonderful house and host was above and beyond. Pool was very chilly so wish the “heated pool” was usable, but otherwise a great stay!!

The home was spacious and cozy, and the best part was definitely the pool—my kids loved it! It had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer, and the location was perfect. The host, David, was amazing and made our stay even better

We had the best stay! The location of the house couldn't be better - 2 blocks from town where all the grocery stores & restaurants are & 1.5 blocks to the beach. We loved hanging out in the back porch of the house by the pool, and BBQed there often - it was a really nice place to hang out. The open living room/kitchen area was also great & another place we hung out a lot. The host was very responsive & even sent us some delicious pastries from in town when we checked in, which was a nice touch! The place was very clean & well laid out. We would definitely return!

We stayed for a week over Labor Day. The house was clean, modern, and family friendly. Location was perfect, right near the beach and town. David the host was extremely responsive and helped us every step of the way. We were 2 families of adults and kids and all had a wonderful time. We will definitely book again for next summer. Highly recommend!!! This is the perfect Ocean Beach house!
