Tesis de lokasyon çok iyi idi, çok ilgili ve herzaman yanınız da olduklarını biliyordunuz, kapı giriş anahtarının pili bitmişti dakikalar için de çözdüler . Oda temiz , aydınlık , ferah ve güzeldi .. Bizim için tek problem sıcak bir mevsim olması idi , klima sorunsuzdu . Şehir de gezmek için yaz çok uygun değil… Tesise özel teşekkürler ..

Zentrale Lage fussläufig vom Bahnhof Bologna Centrale in gut zehn Minuten leicht erreichbar. Von Aussen sieht es zwar eher wie ein Bürokomplex aus, aber die angebotenen Appartemente im Haus lassen über das nüchterne äussere Erscheinungsbild hinwegsehen. Wie jedenfalls haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Grosszügige und sehr helle Wohnung. Sehr sauber und alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Bequemes Bett - Matratze fest ( was wir schätzen). Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Angenehm grosses Badezimmer - mit viel Tageslicht. Grosszügige Duschkabine - alles funktioniert bestens. Top ist auch, dass es eine Waschmaschine hat - inklusive Waschmittel -. Küche mit genügend Geschirr und übrigen Küchenutensilien. Check-In erfolgt primär online. Sieht auf den ersten Blick etwas umständlich aus, ist aber einfach zu handhaben.

Uns hat das nicht gestört, aber durch die zentrale Lage an einer Strasse und gegenüber der zentralen Busstation ist es natürlich nicht gerade ruhig. (Für ÖV Reisende ist das vielleicht sogar ein Vorteil !)

The apartment itself is reasonably OK. Bathroom was a good size, however the floor tiles when wet were seriously slippery. Kitchen was OK, had most things needed. Plenty of hot water.

Several things stand out. First: This apartment is very noisy. It is right on a very busy main road. Second: It is in a grotty part of town. A lot of graffiti. And dirty even the stairs in the building leading to the apartment were dirty. Third: Instructions on how to get in, were difficult to follow, even partly misleading and because they were sent as Adobe Acrobat ........ well I will say no more in case I get sued. Fourth: it is a fair way from the centre of Bologna. Take heed, these negatives far outweigh the positives.
