Over priced

Size of the pods were adequate and the view was nice. Staff put on a bonfire in the evening which helped with the thousands of flies in the area ( not specific to the hotel)

Bathrooms could've been cleaner and one of the staff tried ripping us off charging 1.2million Rp for a Tour that costs 600/650. Hotel also had no bottled water too drink or Bintangs to drink in the evening.

Perfect place if you plan to hike Mt Batur

Tents/room were nice, nicely furnished and comfy. Great location with amazing view on the lake Friendly staff :-) Nice spot before a Mt Batur Sunrise hike

A unique stay in an area of natural beauty. The staff were brilliant!

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The igloos were very cozy and clean. They had a inner reflective ceiling which helped to keep them cool during the heat of the day. The camping grounds overlook the lake and mountains - Mount Agung and Mount Abang on one side, and Mount Batur can be seen in the other direction.

The zip on the tent door was a little temperamental, but it didn’t bother me too much.

Very affordable glamping experience

The direct view to Danau Batur is amazing. On good days, you can enjoy sunrise right in front of your stay. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Both access to the glamping were blocked, due to under construction (i believe this is temporary). So we had to manually move the "do not enter" sign to go through.

Flies, when the sun is up, the flies are everywhere but few times i visited Kintamani, it’s always the same thing, flies are everywhere, at the restaurant, hotel, etc.

the rooms are quite comfortable, but there are some rooms that have leaky roofs, because at the time we spent the night it rained very heavily. pretty good service. although in the order description it says get an electric kettle, but there is none. but you can ask the staff.

road access to glamping is very difficult. because we used a motorbike, our motorbike got stuck and fell down :(

Great stay but there is always room for improvement

Staff is great. Location is prime.

Had an issue upon check-in which I have to wait for at least 30 minutes. Not too sure what happened between the staff/management, somehow other people who came earlier were allowed to check in eventough the booking has not confirmed yet. the on site staff tried to reach out the owner, and it failed. However they managed to reach out when the staff call using guest' phone. Poor security. No cctv, so you should look after on your own items. I experienced someone try to enter my tent in the middle of the night while my wife were sleeping inside.There are 2 doors to enter on each tent - the normal door and the other was supposed to be locked. However on that night it was not locked.
