Cute and cozy.

The apartment has everything you could need to stay and cook for yourself including a coffee pot. It was small but efficient.

I was not expecting a sofa bed even though it said a sofa bed I assumed that was for extra guests. It was not uncomfortable though. It was also not ski to door. Even with full cover snow you could not ski down to the level of the building as it was not on the main street. You have a short but steep road and starve to ascend before you're at street level. The walls are also very thin and we were able to hear our neighbors and their baby very clearly all day and night.

L'appartamento è bello, ma il soggiorno è iniziato con la richiesta del proprietario di soldi extra per lenzuola e biancheria. È dovuto intervenire Booking per impedirlo, poiché il proprietario era abituato a chiedere soldi extra senza dettagliarlo nelle informazioni generali, ella descrizioni, nelle condizioni o nelle avvertenze speciali. Di fronte al rifiuto, il proprietario ha continuato a chiedere soldi per lenzuola e biancheria, ed è stato necessario l'intervento di Booking, che ha ripristinato la concessione di. Biancheria e lenzuola senza costi aggiuntivi il proprietario, pur gentile, è disponibile è solito comunicare chiamando più volte gli ospiti senza utilizzare la messaggistica di Booking,

Informati del rifiuto di pagare lenzuola e biancheria, i portieri dello stabile hanno iniziato ad avere un atteggiamento sospettoso, oppressivo ed inospitale, arrivando ad inventare segnalazioni alla polizia che sarebbe giunta a segnare la targa dell'automobile (impossibile, perché l'automobile non era presente), cercando di spaventare l'ospite con me, inoltre il pagamento della tassa di giorno è richiesto in nero, senza la possibilità di un pagamento elettronico, e senza neanche rilasciare ricevuta contro ogni disposizione di legge, da parte dei portieri. Richiamando la legge è ovviamente legittimo rifiutarsi di pagare senza corrispettivo almeno di ricevuta Quindi un appartamento carino gestito molto male, e con vari dubbi di legalità circa la regolarità dei soldi richiesti, pur con i proprietario assente e gentile. Alla fine ci è stato impedito di andarsene prima che i portieri (che quando gli fa comodo si dicono estranei alla locazione, e quando gl ifa comodo la gestiscono eccome) verificassero l'appartamento, arrabbiati per aver segnalato a Booking la richiesta di soldi extra non dovuti e per la richiesta di tracciabilitá del denaro richiesto., arrivando ad insultare gli ospiti.
