perfectly adequate for solo traveller who is using the flat to rest their head in the eveningsa

it was a little hard communicating with owner because they didnt speak english and had to send so many messages back and forward even just to figure out which was the correct building on arrival had to find cash point in order to pay for sheets and tourism fee although the flat is centrally located people should be aware that its half way up quite a steep hill. its only a few minutes though

Very good

The apartment is small, but well equiped and there is no problem for four people to live there for few days. We were family and we were fine. The heating is efficient. Maybe for four adults who are not relatives it could be little crowded. The lift works perfectly. Even the distance to the slopes is managable by foot.

During my stay everything was OK, the lady, who came to colect the turist tax was kind and nice. Our problems started on our way home. First some unknown Italian number ringed to my phone during driving, then I have got message from the owner of the apartment, that I have to pay for the use of the linen and towels - a lot of money, more than 100 euros. Like these amneties are not included in the price. And during our stay it was really difficult to find them.... Fortunately I have found in may contract the linen and towels were included. It would be very strange for me to rent the apartment without linen and towels. And even more strange to harras the clients after leaving.....

La qualità rispetta le aspettative.

L'appartamento si presenta come una base d'appoggio confortevole, ma non di altissime pretese. E' posizionata abbastanza bene rispetto al passo, il letto è comodo, le fotografie rispecchiano ciò che abbiamo trovato. Ottimo panorama dalla finestra e infissi a tenuta.

La cucina era un po' vecchia, per esempio non si poteva leggere l'intensità del piano cottura perché le indicazioni erano sbiadite. Il bagno non aveva la finestra. Poca comunicazione tra la signora che ci ha accolto e il proprietario: non si capiva se i 30€ di tassa per il cane (in altre strutture erano 25€) erano per il singolo cane o per entrambi. Il frigorifero invece di raffreddare sembrava scaldare il cibo. Peccato che i prodotti per farsi la doccia fossero nascosti sotto il lavandino.

Nel complesso siam stati bene,ma la cucina andrebbe sistemata un pochino..almeno i fuochi e il frigo

Molto pulita bel panorama

Mancava il Forno e il piano cottura non aveva piu i segni di livello dell induzione quindi non si capiva se era al minimo o al massimo e quale scaldava, il Frigo era piccolo vecchio e il Freezer ibesistente
