Na plus: - lokalizacja 6/7 minut z buta od wyciągu, z bloku trzeba iść pod górę asfaltową drogą, z nartami to dobre cardio :)) - apartament położony na 11 piętrze z widokiem na miasteczko, dwie windy - funkcjonalna kuchnia, dobrze wyposażona, mikrofala, toster, patelnie, garnki, etc. - ładna łazienka po remoncie, wszystko działa, wyższe osoby mogą zahaczyć o kable od lampy - kanapy i łóżko wygodne - termostat działa, można regulować temp. w mieszkaniu - właściciel jak i Pani opiekująca się mieszkaniem są bardzo pomocni, mili i życzliwi, można pisać na WhatsApp-ie :))) - fajnie byłoby odświeżyć niektóre meble, np. szafy, dodać jakieś stoliki nocne etc.
Na minus parę drobnostek (dotyczy głównie budynku): - w bloku nie ma narciarni, więc trzeba narty i buty trzymać w mieszkaniu (lub w aucie), co jest trochę problematyczne, ponieważ mieszkanie nie jest zbyt duże - również w bloku jest absurdalny zakaz chodzenia w butach narciarskich xDD, także przy braku pomieszczenia, gdzie możnaby się przebrać nie mam pojęcia gdzie miałbym zostawić buty ://, w każdym razie i tak nikt na to nie zwraca uwagi - fajnie jakby było jednak wifi, szczególnie, że jest tv ze smart tv - w sypialni jest bojler, który podgrzewa wodę i zapewnia ogrzewanie, co jakiś czas (powiedzmy 2/3 godziny) kompresor zwiększa ciśnienie w układzie (trwa to parę sekund), więc osoby ze słabszym snem mogą się przez to budzić w nocy - ściany jak to w bloku, są cienkie, w sypialni słychać windę i jeśli traficie na głośniejszych sąsiadów to ich też wyraźnie słychać Są to jednak drobnostki, także, biorąc pod uwagę stosunek jakości do ceny, lokalizacje, bezproblemowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie - apartament oceniam 10/10 :)))

Wspaniałe miejsce, super właściciel. Apartament mieści się w wyremontowanym budynku, na 11 piętrze. Widok najlepszy z możliwych w Passo. Wszystkie meble i wyposażenie pachniało nowością. Świetna i nowa łazienka. Mimo mrozów po -17 w mieszkaniu ciepło, nowe i szczelne okna oraz termostat robiły swoje. Doskonała lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Przed budynkiem bezpłatny parking. Mnóstwo miejsc parkingowych.

La vista, la casa molto accessoriata e la vicinanza con i luoghi d'interesse. Stavolta non abbiamo portato animali ma ci è piaciuto che la struttura fosse comunque pet friendly

Soggiorno estivo: l'appartamento è piccolo ma funzionale, pulito e confortevole. Posizione strategica per la partenza di molte escursioni e per gli impianti di risalita. Proprietario gentile e disponibile!

grazioso appartamento situato all'undicesimo piano, vista spettacolare!. Dotato di tutto anche se piccolo. Arredamento moderno. Il proprietario Roberto veloce nelle risposte e molto disponibile!
Per giustificare il titolo a questa recensione preciso che purtroppo l'appartamento è situato all'interno di un grattacielo che non è propriamente una struttura tipica di montagna.... ma dovendo giudicare solo l'appartamento posso dire che l'unico neo è lo scaldabagno nella camera da letto che quando si attiva è un po' fastidioso.
