The location of apartment is great. The pellets stove is great - keeps the apartment warm very well.

When all apliences are turned on, the electricity stops working but it can be managed. Missing hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels.

nothing great about this place

Avoid this apartment! Cooking ware is not suitable and doesn't work on induction hob, are way too old and damaged to be used. Fridge is missing shelves no way to store food properly. Heating machine and wood pellets, but no instructions how to use it. Room is small, but owner has put Private cupboard there and other one is filled with extra duvets, no place for our own clothing and stuff. Very bad light in bedroom, no way to read a book on evenings. Really bad steep angle entry sidewalk, dangerous when slippery. We were on holiday there not to solve problems which shouldn't be there in first place. We moved out very next day, booked another apartment in town.

No kettle or toaster, lack of outdoor seating area despite big terrace outside. No bins facilities on site so the garage was kept in the garage.

Its a nice, clean, cozy and comfortable apartment. It is basic but complete and it is great value for money. The communication with the hosts was perfect. Hopefully next time the ski lifts will be open. The apartment is right along the ski slope that goes from Paso del Tonale to Ponte di Legno.

Fabulous

The location was perfect. It was very easy to get to the slopes. Heating facilities was working good.

There wasn't wi-fi connection to the internet available in the apartment. There wasn't supermarket near. Inappropriate extra charge for check-in after 19 pm and final cleaning.

Accogliente anche se si era 4 adulti, comunque per 2 persone è il top per una bellissima vacanza!!

La struttura non è certo perfetta, ha delle grandi potenzialità ma essendo sulla strada soffre il passaggio , faccio poche recensioni ma ho deciso di farla poiché nonostante alcune brutte recensioni ho trovato un piccolo appartamento con tutto ciò che serve, un nido con una vista stupenda sulle piste da sci, la signora Claudia semplicemente splendida, disponibile e premurosa …. Conoscendo molto bene la zona trovo il rapporto qualità prezzo più che sufficiente soprattutto per lo standard del Passo che lascia a desiderare !! Tornerò !

Essendo sulla strada ha un’entrata che è per forza di cose in disordine soprattutto se dopo una nevicata la strada viene sgombrata !! La terrazza sottostante è splendida e potrebbe essere valorizzata con una scala esterna di accesso , più facile a dirsi che a farsi immagino

Malé, nepohodlné a nepraktické ubytování s personálem, který v nouzi nepomůže a nemluví anglicky. Lokalita vynikající, a

Perfektni lokalita, přímo u svahu, z ubytování jste mohli vyrazit rovnou na lyžích na sjezdovku. Výtah v domě. Možnost uložení lyží v garáži domu.

Hodnotím apartmán v podkroví: Apartmán není vhodný pro 4 aktivně lyžující osoby. Je zde málo prostoru a místa pro sušení věcí. Není úložné místo. Osobní prádlo jsme museli mít ve skříňkách kuchyňské linky! Absolutně nevybavená kuchyň. Nevhodné nádobí a moka konvička pro indukční desku! Téměř zde nebylo možné vařit. Chyběla mikrovlnka. Byla zde malá nepraktická varná konvice s pevným kabelem. Před pobytem jsme neobdrželi informaci o topení v kamnech. Spát hlavou metr od kamen je pro alergika šílené. Matrace v postelích byly strašně proleželé, postele byly tak nízké, že jsme měli pocit, že spíme na zemi. Sprchový kout byl tak úzký, že dospělý muž se do něj nevešel. Sprchovala se jen naše malá dcera. Vůbec nejhorší byl personál, který neuměl hovořit anglicky. Tudíž jsme neměli jak získat instrukce, jak se dostat do ubytování, což bylo po 12 hodinové vyčerpávající cestě autem, v noci, v zimě, s dítětem na palubě skandální. Přestože jsme prosili sms o podporu a pomoc, odepsali nám až ráno následujícího dne! V bytě chyběly praktické informace, letáčky, prospekty, prostě cokoliv, co by bylo pro návštěvníka užitečné, když je v této lokalitě poprvé. Na ubytování shledáváme jedinou výhodu a to je lokalita. Jezdíme často do apartmánů na lyžařský pobyt do Rakouska. Máme tedy srovnání. Majitelé tohoto italského ubytování by se měli inspirovat v Rakousku, aby věděli, jak se k hostům chovat a jak by mělo jejich ubytování vypadat. Tento apartmán byl obrovským zklamáním.
