comfortable, warm, courteous, cheap. what more could you want!

+ very clean + good communication + had all we needed + very good value for money

- the hidden extra "tourist tax" wasn't communicated in advance. only €1 per person per night, but if it is unavoidable it should be included in the price shown - the charge for sheets. while it does mention this in the listing, the listing should say the amount for this as we booked without knowing what it would be. (it was €10 per person) - it's not the ritz, but you really shouldn't expect that for this price. for the price paid it was excellent value for money.

would NOT recommend this apartment. over priced for such a shabby place.

nothing

outside looked like it was about to fall down, pieces were missing from outside walls and balcony. inside paint was falling off the wall along with bathroom fittings, skirting boards. bathroom showers had cracks in the tray, shower wouldn’t stay in position, hot water in the shower only lasted 2 minutes. my children didn’t even want to go in the shower because they said it was dirty (it looked dirty because it was old and full of cracks). kitchen lacked even a toaster with a kettle in a cupboard, not practical at all and with no restaurants near by….the local pizzeria wouldn’t give me take away because she was so busy. it was impossible to eat or prepare anything in the apartment. no sheets or towels provided so NOT possible for tourists at all. we did find a lovely woman near by who rented sheets and towels at a great price- just don’t know why the apartment can’t organise with her to have sheets and towels. didn’t feel secure with the front door, a kick would have let anyone in and the main door was always open. I was staying alone with my kids and did not feel safe. rubbish bags left in the lobby, dirty outside.

Overall nice Apt, floor heating, tv, clean and new bathrooms. There is also a special place to put your equipment by the door. There is parking right next to the building, but you better have snow tires for it as there is ice. Very nice host, helped us with wtever we needed

There is no WiFi at the apt at all. A bit down from the gondola. But it's like 7 min up or you can take the car.

Una bella esperienza al passo del Tonale!

L’appartamento e’ molto spazioso con due bagni che non guastano mai.

Nulla da dire, si tratta di un palazzone ma negli anni 70 si costruiva cosi. Io palazzo dove si trova l’appartamento e’ stato completamente rifatto.

Ok sted til overnatning når dagen bruges på pisterne.

Central beliggenhed. God lejlighed med opdeling i 2 soveværelser.

Meget lydt i forhold til ting der sker på gangen, andre lejligheder og toilettet ovenover. Ikke ordentligt rent. Mange lyde fra skabet med “teknik” konstant summen og brummen dag og nat. Æstetisk - håndværksmæssigt…ikke godt.
