A stone's throw from the center, connected by a comfortable well-lit sidewalk. The apartment is on two floors in a building entirely covered in wood of only 4 apartments.

On the first floor, accessible through a staircase, the spaces of the living area are distributed: the kitchen, the living room and the bathroom. There is also a balcony with deck chairs that offers a wonderful view of the landscape (Mitico Castellaccio and Presena) and an outdoor area to relax in the warmer periods on the lawn.

The kitchen has an oven and a four-burner hob, the dining table is equipped with extensions that increase the availability of seats up to a maximum of 8-9 people.

The living room is characterized by a peninsula sofa that can be opened when necessary with a very comfortable sofa bed with the latest generation H. 18 mattress. There is also a fireplace with lanterns.

The two bedrooms are located in the attic. The first, which can accommodate three people, is characterized by a raised bed and 2 low beds.
The second is the large double bedroom which has a private bathroom. All 5 beds are with slatted frames and orthopedic mattresses.

The apartment has two private parking lots, the first one accessed from Via Roma is outdoors, the second is a private garage located in the basement of the building. In the very large garage there is an area used for the arrangement of skis and boots.
The ski slopes of Ponte are about 700 meters away with a very large underground car park and a common bus service in the winter period stops about 50 meters from the house.
We rent only for short periods.
The rent is aimed preferably at family groups.
