Pleasant stay, but bed sheet and towel fees quite expensive

An extra €25 is charged for bed sheets and towels for two people. Although Booking website stated additional charges for bed sheets and towels, the exact amount was not specified. No shampoo or body wash. So make sure you bring your own.

Warm and well designed small apartment, but the owner still has to do some improvements

Breathtaking view, well designed, renewed and warm apartment with nice bathroom and comfort bed. Last but not least, the price is economic!

These are critics which I believe will help the owner with future recensions. Small kitchen sink ( water is splashing outside while you are washing- maybe dishwasher would be nice addon to the kitchen), there is no Wifi in the apartment and also there is only one electric plug in the apartment which is located in the kitchen above the sink ( it would be nice to add some electric plugs in the sleeping room.) In the shared hallway with the other apartment there is broken wall ( it would be nice to repair it because that is the first thing you see. )

Clean and fancy but very noisy; no wifi

The apartment looks like in the pictures. Newly renovated and fancy. The location was good for our hiking tour. The apartment was very clean.

There was an additional 25€ charge for sterilization service which wasn't signaled in the Booking.com price and additionals costs part (only the tourist tax). This charge turned out after the virtual payment and cancellation due date in the conversation about the check-in process. Although the italian terms and conditions contains this charge, we couldn't understand it because we don't speek italian. So we didn't had other choise but pay this extra. The sofa bed wasn't comfortable. The walls were were thin, so we could hear our neighbors' morning alarm, argument and how they make their diner. The wasn't wifi. The owner and the lady how handed the key didn't speak English, but she looked kind and explained everything in Italian.

All’arrivo il letto non era fatto , perché quando si arriva la signora ci ha chiesto per la biancheria per il letto che é a pagamento(25€); il bagno non pulito accuratamente e la doccia aveva un anta staccata.

Appartamento con fantastica vista sulle montagne e molto ben arredato.

Posizione molto buona a poche centinaia di metri dalle piste, vista eccezionale sul passo dei Contrabbandieri dato che l'appartemento è al nono piano. Appartamento compatto ma molto ben arredato e funzionale. Accoglienza il giorno dell'arrivo flessibile e disponibile.

C'è parcheggio gratuito a disposizione nei pressi del palazzo, ad ogni modo bisogna arrivare non troppo tardi per trovarlo comodo - questo non è sotto il controllo della struttura, ma è utile da sapere.

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 gg a fine agosto 2025, due adulti e due bambini di 5 e 6. Appartamento ristrutturato di recente, pulito, dotato del necessario per starci come stoviglie e pentolame. Corrispondente alla descrizione e alle foto. Molto carino con vista mozzafiato sulle montagne. Camera arredata in modo fantastico. Le pareti color ottanio rendono l'appartamento accogliente e caloroso. Temperatura interna è molto gradevole. Posizione ideale di partenza per molti itinerari. Parcheggio disponibile fronte hotel sulla strada. Grazie alla signora Rudina per la disponibilibità.

Suggerisco, se possibile, di sostituire il materasso del divano letto (in quanto sottile) oppure il divano letto stesso (in quanto molto rumoroso quanto ci si gira o alza). Noi adulti ci abbiamo comunque dormito su due giorni.

Bene ma si può fare meglio…meglio per 1 che per 4!

Il monolocale era completamente ristrutturato e l’edificio aveva recentemente avuto l’installazione di cappotto termico Dotazioni complete in casa. Molto vicino al centro.

Nell’appartamento non si riusciva a spegnere il riscaldamento che nonostante le temperature esterne basse faceva caldissimo. Tanto che dormivamo sempre con le finestre spalancate. Con il divano letto aperto, ci si muoveva difficilmente. Forse é più opportuno pensarla per 2. Divano letto stesso che poi era decisamente scomodo. Il wc non aveva finestra.

Jedná se o panelákových byt v 9 patře. Pro dva dospělé dostačující,víc dospělých určitě nedoporučuji

Pohodlná postel v ložnici, fungující topení a tekoucí teplá voda ( ne vždy a ne všude je to samozřejmé).

Majitelé nemluví ani slovo anglicky. Což je při příjezdu zásadní. Dále chtěli doplatek za ručníky a povlečení. Pokud si budete brát své tak upozorňuji, že mají francouzské přikrývky. Ubytování bez WiFi ( bohužel jsem si toho při objednávce nevšimla) . Přistýlka (rozkládací pohovka) v kuchyňské části je příšerná - strašně vrže při každém pohybu. Pokud budete vařit chybí tam vařečky. Digestoř nefunguje což je zimě je to trochu problém.

Posizione molto comoda agli impianti di risalita per chi desidera sciare. Centrale anche per lo shopping e ci sono locali che fanno musica ad orario aperitivo. Adatto anche ai giovani che hanno voglia di fare festa.
