The apartment, nice, clear, fully furnished and spacious! Good location, nice view, parking place. Host - perfect and quick communication, immediate processing of all requests, friendly and helpful.

Slight smell from shower or bidet drain.

Appartamento bello, ma le lenzuola vanno comprese nel prezzo.

Appartamento piccolo ma accogliente e ristrutturato. Cuscini molto comodi.

La biancheria non è compresa nel prezzo, ma va pagata a parte se si decide di prenderla, non mi era mai capitato e durante la prenotazione non viene specificato come si dovrebbe. La bruttezza esterna delle tre torri è un pugno in un occhio nel contesto paesaggistico.

Posizione eccezionale, comoda per gli impianti. Appartamento piccolo ma ben organizzato. Noi ci siamo stati in 5. Molto ben curato l'interno.

Mieszka bardzo łade, przestrone. W trzy osoby luzik. Szkoda że znajduje się na samym dole.

Bardzo ładne mieszkanie z wszystkim co było potrzebne do miłego spędzenia urlopu. Bardzo wygodne łóżko, dwa telewizory, wi-fi, spoko wyposażona kuchnia. Czysta łazienka, trochę mały prysznic.

Minus niestety za drogę do wyciągów, ślisko i stromo po górkę. My ażeby było łatwiej zostawialiśmy samochód na górce w centrum.

Veramente pessima, lo staff non è stato tempestivo a rispondere e a risolvere i gravi problemi

Assolutamente niente tutto pessimo

Purtroppo tutte le mie segnalazioni sono state mandate anche a booking che anche loro non sono riusciti a gestire, non sò come fanno a tenere queste strutture visto che loro sono i portatori.... comunque dopo aver effettuato il pagamento di oltre 1000 euro per una settimana, abbiamo chiesto delle informazioni dopo le recensioni di altre persone soprattutto sul kit asciugamani e lenzuola, ma dopo vari solleciti sia il proprietario della casa sia poi il gestore dell'appartamento non abbiamo avuto risposte ma le uniche risposte scontrose sono state che l'appartamento rispecchia tutti i canoni di un alloggio serio... dopo la partenza con tanti dubbi, la camera è stata data con mezz'ora di ritardo, il grattacielo esternamente non è ristrutturato ma sorretto da ponteggi, gli altri 2 sono decisamente meglio... una volta entrati mi ha chiesto la donna delle pulizie la tassa di soggiorno e io come previsto dal regolamento nazionale ho chiesto un documento non fiscale della tassa di soggiorno che era 36 euro e lo scontrino fiscale del mio soggiorno... la loro risposta è stata noi non diamo queste cose ma ci deve pensare booking, sicché da lì sento la finanza e booking dove mi confermano che il responsabile della certificazione dei pagamenti è solamente la strutture... sicché chiedo nuovamente gli scontrini tutt'ora negati e non avuti.... non avendo accettato le lenzuola poiché 15 euro a persona sono una follia per 2 lenzuola, abbiamo portato le nostre, come da foto ci siamo accorti che i copri cuscino e copri materasso erano totalmente macchiati e pieni di peli sudici, sicché abbiamo chiamato subito la donna delle pulizie e la sua risposta è stata è un appartamento non un hotel ci stà che sia sporco... la mia risposta è stata ma lei ci dormirebbe sopra lo sporco di altre persone? Giustamente le dice di no..
