Nice house with a great open-floorplan kitchen & living room. The wrap-around sectional couch was super comfortable and my family had a nice time in the evenings talking, snacking, playing games & watching TV. The bedrooms are fairly spacious and comfortable. Free wifi was reliable & great. Pacific City itself is a gem & the home is walking distance from everything in town.
The home does not have direct beach access, sadly. You do have to walk along a semi-busy road for a while before you can get to public beach access. There is no air conditioning, which isn't a problem 98% of the time on the Oregon coast, but if you're unlucky enough to be there in a heatwave, plan for discomfort. A patio grill would be a nice addition.

The location was great, the shampoo and soap smelled amazing. There was a nice big couch in front of the gas fireplace. Place was pretty clean except for the couple things mentioned below.
The inside of the cupboards were dirty. The shower curtain in the laundry room was dirty.

Spacious, clean, lots of amenities and games for the kids. Few minutes walk from the beatutiful beach.
