Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

This property was great for what we needed as a family. The location was the best part. You walk out of the house follow a 100ft grass trail over a bank and you are at the beach.
The house could use some minor upgrades. The refrigerator was duct taped inside, not a huge deal but it came loose many times over the 5 days we were there. There were 8 of us on property that would have loved to enjoy the balcony but there are only 2 Adirondack chairs. This is an inexpensive amenity that could make a big difference. The appliances overall in the house are very outdated as well as the bedding. These are just cosmetic things. The house was great overall for what we were looking for.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house, particularly because it was SO CLOSE to the beach! Great for 2 families. The BBQ worked but was very unpredictable. It was quite an ordeal to fire it up ( 1 burner wasn't working), plus the BBQ was in the garage which was a little odd. The "fun" back patio was nice and big, but it would have been nice to have furniture out there so we could actually enjoy it - table and chairs. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking and there were lots of toys, puzzles, and books for the kiddos (ages 1-3). The king bed in the master was SO comfortable! It was a bummer not to have wi-fi, but it does create a "phone free" weekend, which was nice.
