Excellent living and entertaining spaces. Very well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook up a tasty meal. My only complaint would be the bedrooms are small with what's advertised as queen beds but they seemed smaller more like full size. Overall a great place and I would stay again if the beds were king sized but not certain this is possible with the size of the bedrooms. The proximity to the beach and the view of the river was great. Overall I'd give it a 90/100. One thing to note if you arrive after dark is if the lights are not on outside there is a step down to the walkway to the front door. I didn't see it when we arrived due to being pitch dark and took quite the stumble.

Very roomy. Kitchen and living room very big and lots of room. Very clean. Fresh smelling even though it's pet friendly. Balconies overlook the river and bridge. Beds were comfortable. I was definitely impressed. Would stay here again.

Overall, the location of the property and the access to it it's great. Good layout of the place with easy access. The reason I am giving it three stars vs five is because the place was not clean as expected. Spider webs in the bedrooms, dust around the windows and kitchen area, handprints on the dining table, dishes with dried food from previous renters and the couch really, really needs a cleaning. With three kids in the house, I would have expected a higher level of cleanness. Also - because it has carpet and is dog friendly it did have a dump smell, particularly the lower area. I think changing the carpet, a good clean of the place and clean the couch would make this a stellar place at a good price. Thank you.
