About this house rental
Welcome to the Casa Del Rio located directly along Pacific City's wild and scenic Nestucca River and also within walking distance to beach access. Close to restaurants, kayak and surf rentals. Come stay at the Casa Del Rio where you will find a backyard retreat with a fire pit, propane BBQ and plenty of seating for everyone to experience the simplicity of life next to the water's edge. Lounge in the sun on the expansive lawn or sit under the deck and enjoy drinks and a meal outdoors. Watch for an abundance of wildlife, (eagles, osprey, deer and waterfowl) from the large west facing deck or just relax and catch up on that book you've been meaning to read. Once inside, the sweeping river view feels as if you're on the water. There is a bright open living room, dining and kitchen floor plan that allows all to gather and share beautiful moments. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a smart TV in the living room. There are two bedrooms, both with a king size beds and a full bath located on the upper level. You will also find another smart TV in one of the upper bedrooms. On the lower level you will find the third bedroom with a river view, a twin size bunk bed plus a queen size bed, TV, a full bath, and a full size laundry room.
The Casa Del Rio is equipted with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Also located on the lower level is mud room which opens out to the backyard and has a wine cooler to keep your drinks cold.
Only 1-1/2 blocks to beach access and miles of white sand is an added bonus. Shift your frame of mind and stay for a weekend or stay a week. The Casa Del Rio awaits.
River front but no dock for river access. River may be accessed in front of property. Tidal flow so tide does go in and out.
Neighbors dock is private and not for guest use.
Pet fee is $50 plus lodging per pet, per stay. Up to two pets allowed. Pets must stay off the furniture and beds and never left alone inside the house our garage unless in a kennel.
Pet limit is 2 pets.

We had a wonderful stay with our pet at the riverfront house. The house well stocked, with a beautiful view of the river. We saw so many wildlife - from many different water birds to seals. The beach is 5 mins away, and there are good restaurants also within walking distance.

Wonderful stay! The pictures do not do this beautiful home justice. The windows, the deck, the overall location were all just perfect. Very dog and family friendly. One hope would’ve been a dock to have easier access to the river but it was still manageable. Thankful for such a great stay!
