It’s also wonderful for couples looking for a romantic getaway, or for celebrations such as anniversaries, birthdays, graduations, retirements, or other special occasions. This home is excellent for those looking to relax in a quiet neighborhood that is ideally located by all that Pacific City has to offer. The location is perfect for those looking to quickly access the beach, (.2 miles away- about a 5/7 minute walk to Pelican Brewing/beach access) shopping, and restaurants.

- Pets: Dogs only, maximum of 2 dogs
- Dog Stay Fee: $75 for the 1st dog & an additional $25 for the 2nd dog
- Please do not allow dogs on any furniture, or in/on any bedding, blankets, or towels. Kindly respect this policy due to the owners’ wishing to maintain cleanliness from the wear and tear of animals & for those future guests who could be exposed to canine allergies.
- Must be at least 25 years old to book.
- Pacific City permit limits occupancy to 16 (not counting children ages 2 and under).
- Additional fees and taxes may apply.

If you have a large group, 13 of us, and want a comfortable fit, this is the place! We all fit very well. In a mixed crowd, that speaks loudly to me. Three generations had plenty of room, peace & quiet if you want it, or loud game time! I was impressed with the quiet stairs because you could go anywhere in the house at any time, and not disturb a soul. even if everyone else is asleep! That includes going in the hot tub, which was big enough for a fun crowd. Plenty of towels was big, too. Things, of course, were different from my home, but I was able to do everything I wanted just fine. Make the same meals and so on...The proximity to everything Pacific City is really good, too. Multiple ways to get to the beach or just go for walks. Several good restaurants and stores within walking distance, too. The one coffee shop, right at the beach, was open early, cram packed with people, and was super efficient getting drinks and goodies out.Next time we need a large place that actually makes a vacation a vacation, we will book here again! We all had nothing but great fun! Thank You so much!!

We rented this house to host my husbands family to celebrate his birthday this year. We have stayed in Pacific City many times before and as always it didn’t disappoint! This house was a great fit for our family! The massive sectional and sofa fit everyone comfortably, it was great to have a hot tub, and the kitchen was huge. The master bedroom was amazingly big and the double shower in the bathroom was nice! We had a few questions and the host was very responsive. We would stay here again in the future!

The kitchen had all the tools, and everything we needed to prepare all our meals! This made our stay very pleasant.

My group and I did not have the best experience. The place was not cleaned upon our arrival. Took some time to get in touch with the owners to arrange for cleaning. Overall, it delayed our check in by 2 hours, and it was too late by then for our group to have dinner together. The place has 13 sleeping spots (if you count a baby crib). If you plan on having 16 people, think through your sleeping arrangements. The location was nice, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub has no privacy, it is next to the street. The TV upstairs did not work. The house needs a deep clean, at least once in awhile - surfaces were very visibly dusty.
