A great house for families with older children. It has a fantastic game room with air hockey and arcade games. The hot tub was clean and hot, and the beach is literally across the sandy street.

Three of the 4 DVD players were broken. The front window in the living room has a major leak, as well as the upstairs sink. The BBQ's temperature control is broken and is extremely hot, it charred our ribs in 5 minutes.
