Welcome to the Sandcastle Beach Cottage located in the premier neighborhood of Kiwanda Shores at Pacific City. Newly remodeled home with stylish decor and beautiful views. Guests love the light and airy decor, the close proximity to the beach, shops & restaurants, and the well appointed beds and linens. This is not your typical vacation home- you'll never share bedding with previous guest and matresses, pillows, and linens have been curated to ensure an amazing nights sleep.

"Lovely, spacious house. Beach right out the front door, can’t beat that. Sunset on the patio is perfect."
The main living space is light, bright, and airy with vaulted ceilings and large windows facing the beach and Haystack Rock. Included is a smart TV w/cable, games, throw blankets, and direct access to the wrap-around deck.
The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the pans, utensils, and serving dishes needed to make great meals on your vacation. Also included is a crockpot, blender, toaster, coffee pot, coffee grinder, mixer, and stainless BBQ. The kitchen table can seat 6 with room to spare!
All bedrooms have ultra-comfortable mattresses, luggage racks, smart T.V.s, and light filtering window coverings. Each bed is triple-sheeted like a high-end hotel so everything is fresh and clean.
Downstairs den includes a comfy futon couch that folds in to a bed for two, a rack to store your surfboards, and a two person arcade table with 60 retro games.
The bathrooms include hand soap, hand sanitizer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and T.P. Bath towels, mats, and beach towels are also provided.
The garage has plenty of room to stash your bikes, sandy shoes, and "extras." Also provided are sand toys, skim boards, and a bean bag toss game.
"I have stayed at many different Airbnb’s over the years and Autumn’s is easily one of my favorite experiences. She went above and beyond providing everything my group would possibly need. The house was very spacious and clean. The bed was extremely cozy. All in a quiet gated community with a beautiful private beach right there. 10/10 would stay again."

Our family had the best time staying at Autumns beach house. The location can’t be beat and the surroundings are breathtaking. The house itself is well laid out and very comfortably fit our family of 5, not to mention its so clean, modern and stylish. The house has everything you need for a beach stay—All kitchen ware to cook nightly meals and beach chairs and accessories for daily adventures. We had so much fun on the coast— walkable sand dunes and tide pools to explore, crabbed nearby and enjoyed a local rodeo. So many wonderful memories! Can’t wait to return someday!
