Sacred Waters Retreat is a charming townhome ideally located near the beach in Pacific City, making it the perfect home base for your next Oregon Coast adventure. The bright great room features an open layout designed for gathering and unwinding. Prepare meals in the open kitchen, relax on the couch in front of the warm gas fireplace, or simply enjoy the peaceful views and watch wildlife along the nearby Nestucca River.
The central location makes it easy to explore the best of Pacific City on foot. Guests can take a short walk to the beach, browse local shops, or enjoy dining near Cape Kiwanda or in the heart of town.
Downstairs, a fun game room with a ping-pong table provides entertainment for guests of all ages, while the garage offers convenient space to store beach gear, boards, and outdoor equipment. With its comfortable atmosphere, great location, and thoughtful amenities, Sacred Waters Retreat is a wonderful place to relax and experience the beauty of the Oregon Coast.

3 level townhome. Entry level has game room and garage. 2nd level has open great room with nicely stocked kitchen, eating bar, 1/2 bath, dining space and comfy living room. There is a small deck. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms: Master with king bed and full bath, bedroom with queen bed, and bedroom with double/twin bunks. There is a full hall bath and laundry area.
Parking: Maximum 2 Cars
Pets: Dogs Welcome

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

Excellent and large vacation home had ample room for our multigenerational group. All three bedrooms had very comfortable beds and everyone raved about the temperature and water pressure of the showers. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever had in a vacation rental. It had everything you could possibly need. The game table on the entry floor was much appreciated and added a lot of fun to our stay. The townhome is in an easy location to find and close to beaches, the Dune, and the grocery store. The beach is just a short walk across the street!

Was big and roomy. Carpets had some stains embedded but it is a rental and was clean so not complaining. Close to the beach. Check in and out process was slick. Did not have views of beach like thought might from pictures. Those must have been taken from a drone. Stay was pleasant and was surprised there were bikes in garage that could be used.
