About this house rental
The Sunshine Shores is the perfect beach house! This modern, charming home is just a short 2 blocks to the beach. Lovingly decorated with cheery sunny colors and beautiful driftwood art, and equipped with modern conveniences like Flat-screen TV, WiFi and a gas fireplace. The garage is stocked full of vacation fun with toys and bikes.

The Four Sisters neighborhood of Pacific City is just a stones through away from the ocean on the west side of Cape Kiwanda Drive. This area is a small (about 25 homes), newer development of homes that are have consistent architecture and were designed for family vacations at the beach. Most homes feature upgraded amenities and a river-rock fireplace. There is a central playground for the kids.

We have been offering beach rental homes for more than 30 years. Reliable management means responsive service, insider guides to the area and a better vacation experience. Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

This is a beautiful home and it had all the amenities you needed to have fun. Its super clean, close walk to the beach, and minutes from shopping and dinning. Totally a 1O out of 10!!

We really enjoyed our stay everything was nice and clean the space was perfect for our family definitely coming back.

The house was the spaciousness and the kitchen well equipped. We would consider renting the house again. Several things could be improved.
(1) Upstairs, facing the windows, the mattress on the bed to the right was very uncomfortable.
(2) The upstairs shower door did not close.
(3) Many windows were very hard to open and close.
(4) The screen door had a number of tears in the fabric and was very difficult to open and close.
(5) The dish washer had an unused soap packet in it and had water in the bottom when we arrived.
(6) A number of dishes in the cupboards were still wet and dirty. We washed these and others before using them.
