Overall we really enjoyed this place. It's great that it is pet friendly and people traveling with pets should know that there is not a fenced yard. The only disappointment was the kitchen was not stocked with the bare essentials for cooking like it had mentioned. No pepper, oil, foil or plastic food wrap. You can't beat the location and the quietness of the neighborhood. We enjoyed walking everywhere and the quick access to the beach. We also liked the layout!

Great house near path to beach. House was spacious and nice layout, master suite far away from common area which was nice. Property was clean and quiet, neighbors were friendly. Walkable distance to coffee shop and restaurants which was great! Only cons- no highchair in the house, even though it was listed as an amenity. We had messaged a few days prior to arrival to ensure there was one available as we were traveling with our 1.5 year old from out of state. The property management company responded promptly that they would check the home for a highchair, but did not ever get back to us about it. Turns out, there wasn't one. Not a huge deal, but shouldn't be listed as an amenity if there isn't one. Luckily the weather was nice so we could feed our toddler outside and avoid the food mess. One of the smoke alarms had to be reset every day we were there, we changed the battery but would still beep about 24 hours after resetting until it was reset again. Not a huge deal either, just annoying.

Great stay! Extremely clean and well-kept property, perfect for two couples and dogs! Community has enjoyable walking paths and beach access. Steep slope to get down to the ocean so those with mobility challenges may want to stay elsewhere or access the beach another way.
