Location was great amd the layout of the home was nice.
We did not like the fact that there was not a TV in the lower common living space. Also the upstairs bedroom with the king size bed doorknob locked from the outside.

Quiet, gated community short two block walk to the beach. We had a terrific time. Plenty of room for 5 adults and our small dog.

The downstairs shower was decent
Everything from carpets to window shades were very stained and worn out. Anything that was metal in the home was rusty. The sheets and towels had that body order smell that just doesn’t come out because they are so old and thin. Carpet in the living room was peeling up, it had been taped down, and was a severe tripping hazard so we had have maintenance come fix. The WiFi didn’t work and kept one family member from being able to log on for work that day. The sofas in the living room were not the ones shown in the pictures online they were some cheap IKEA type furniture so low to the ground our senior citizens in the group couldn’t get up from them. And we couldn’t believe there was no TV in the living room! No one wanted to go sit on a the bed to watch tv. There was a DVD player in one room but no DVD’s to watch? I know this is a lot to complain about but if I’m paying that much money each night I definitely expect more care in the condition of the home from my rental. It was pretty miserable for a few in our group.
