Got what we paid for. Enjoyed ourselves immensely.

The property was a quality house with very good facilities. The rooms throughout were very spacious as per the advert. The swimming pool was an added plus point. Parking on the street outside was a bit tight but we found spaces without issue.

The surrounding area is a bit run down and does not feel totally safe if walking at night. But this would not deter me booking this property again. The key box was a bit difficult to use. All of the bedrooms were a bit dated but were still comfortable.

Lovely old house pool was a bonus, quiet location perfect for family time.

Fabulous old house, well set up. Lovely bottle of wine waiting on the table which was a very nice touch and appreciated. Location was ok but needed public transport or taxis to reach central Plymouth. Quiet road

Heating was a slight issue, all radiators seemed to be turned off and batteries in thermostat were empty of charge. After working all this out we were OK. Some may not have been able to trouble shoot the problem. But once working the house warmed up nicely, and there was no issue with hot water and heat

We had a fabulous 4 day stay in Plymouth! The house was perfect; lots of space, huge rooms, lovely cosy feel, and of course the swimming pool! We had such a lovely time here. We definitely recommend and would definitely return again next summer!

The bed was nice and comfortable and bedding was clean and towels was clean the bathrooms was lovely

The house was very sticky everywhere you touched The rooms was not what it looked like in the photos and the house felt abit damp the swimming pool was a disappointment freezing cold and had slugs and snails in and the outside was very over grown and dirty

Lovely place to stay 🌞

Very comfy, beauifully decorated very spacious rooms. Beautiful bathrooms. Pool was amazing and enjoyed every day during our very hot and sunny stay.

BBQ dirty, unusable without thorough clean (so didn't use) Kitchen lacked utensils, serving spoons, tongs, spatula etc.

Beautiful property with everything you need. Blessed with lovely weather so able to take full advantage of the pool and outdoor bbq area. spotlessly clean property and very comfortable beds.

Few loose tiles in the pool but we were pre-warned and they did not stop us enjoying it.

Nice character cottage in a quiet location

We enjoyed our stay. Great size character property in a good location.

We could not get the oven to work or tv remotes. We felt that there could do with more crockery, particularly cups and tumblers. Although we understand its an old property felt it would benefit from a little bit of updating/maintenance such as curtain tracks for eg. Saying this we would stay again as its a great property.

Very good

This gorgeous house was presented well, unique and well stocked with everything you could need. we really enjoyed our stay. Perfect for what we wanted.

The mattress in one of the rooms was so uncomfortable that I had no sleep the first night, another guest switched rooms with me for the second night and they experienced the same discomfort. This has been reported to the property so I hope it is sorted by a thick mattress topper or new mattress.

Overpriced

Clean beds, nice bathroom.

Nitemare to park, heating didnt work so bring a dressing gown, rugs dirty so need slippers. Old tired property not finished painting, pool had broken tiles and too cold. Damp in the kitchen, not nice utensils very old and over used, bin dirty on arrival and no binliners, probably was once a nice place but very much in need of attention. The front door gets stuck on the tiles you have to barge in haha!! The garden is very tired and overgrown in areas.

The sofas were old and not very pleasant There was no Long or bigger mirror in the rooms The bend bed was not clean There was no single bad for my child I watered all the plants, they were almost dried out.

Fantastic in the summer to use the pool with the family

It was very conformable and spacious and the table was very well laid ready for dinner with wine, very nice. It was clean and decorated with the theme of the era.

Great quirky yet comfortable house!

It's a quirky old naval house. Needs some tlc but we loved it. Very comfortable. Pool was freezing cold but we still made use of it. Had all required appliances. Beds were comfy. Free WiFi and a Smart TV with Netflix and Prime for a family chill out so perfect for the kids.

Some of the light switches don't work in one of the bedrooms and down in the mail hallway.

Swimming pool and garden but was not heated and freezing so could not use.. staff replyed quick to messages at first & was maninly very clean but behind cracks and stuff was dirty

It smelt very old when we walked in, was no heating in swimming pool. My son wets the bed I and I got foundation on the sheet and they tryed to charge my 181 pound for a plain white sheet witch we put in the washing machine respectfully. Was no bins in bedrooms over all abit run down down and shabby no tv in bedrooms. Cut my foot on abit in the pool as was broken bits of the pool still left in there.. just not very maintained and at first the people seemed lovely we tidyed up even no there is 80 cleaning charge and then they called me a liar witch I kept screenshots of and tryed to charge us 181 and was very rude about it too. I would not recommend at all
