Nông Trại Thảnh Thơi

This was an amazing escape from the hectic Ho Chi Minh. Just being able to disconnect in a farm-Homestay next to the Mekong. Xuân, our host, gave us a warm welcome with a delicious dinner. All prepared with local products. You can relax next to the river or, as we did, use the bikes provided by the accommodation to explore the surrounding towns. In the morning a tasty breakfast was prepared. Fruits, hand-made rice paper, coffee, salad. Many new flavors. This farm also produces soaps and oils with different plants and fruits harvested by them. You can just get the perfect present directly from a local producer. Thank you Xuân, we had a great time.

Very friendly and caring hostess, along with her very nice and helpful friend. The place is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the boat tour was wonderful. I also enjoyed learning about local plants. Highly recommended!

The staff Tuan was brilliant. She cooked us the most authentic, local home cooked meals. She has a wonderful manner and personality. We adore her dearly.

The neighbours cranked up the stereo at night for hours at the first night, then the next night, other guy from across the river decided he needs a 6 hour karaoke battle for the whole neighbourhood to hear.

Thu and her family/staff were awesome! She gave an amazing tour of the local community. Great rustic chic home stay. Cooking was fantastic. So helpful & accommodating.
