It was okay and acceptable for the price. The staff and the lobby attendant and the security guard were really helpful, despite the language barrier.
They informed us upfront before check-in that the air conditioner was not working and did not try to hide it.
We were made to wait for a very long time during check-in, and our phone call was not received despite informing them of our arrival one hour in advance. We also experienced constant staring from people, which made us uncomfortable. The rooms are small and do not match the pictures shown. Additionally, the rooms were not clean, and there were cockroaches.
