About this apartment rental
The building has five floors and is designed in a split-level architecture, so the distance between floors is only half that of a normal level. This apartment is located on the fourth floor.
The building was recently renovated two years ago, but it had been standing for more than ten years before the elevator became popular.
We are very aware of this shortcoming and to make up for it, this spacious and cozy apartment will be offered at a very competitive price.

The independent apartment will have two separate bedrooms with big windows to let in fresh air, one living/kitchen room leading to balcony, and an extremely clean toilet.

We will have a person waiting to check-in/ check-out and introduce everything to you, so it is really helpful if the check-in/ check-out time is provided before you arrive.
