I would have liked to have extra pillows but everything else was good😁☺️💙

The apartment was as described. Nice, clean, and in central location. Super host! Very friendly and accommodating to my needs.
Since my room is right above the main entrance. I heard noises every time other guests going in and out and the sounds from the elevator, too. Maybe they can lower the beeping sounds of the keypad and the elevator doorbell?

We love the apartment, many facilities, super responsive and helpful staff, great location close to the main attractions in HMC!
We booked room number 302 for 5 nights, but we are moved to G01 for 2 nights, waiting for a broken pipe to be repaired. If we should have rated room 302 only, our score would have been without any complaints. BUT, in room G01, there was no natural light, and we suffered it. Furthermore it is very noise, the main door of the building and the elevator are very noisy and disturbing.
