Just 15 miles from your door, explore Lake Anna State Park with its hiking trails, swimming areas, and additional opportunities for pier fishing. Or take a short drive to the quaint town of Mineral, or sample the wares from the Coyote Hole Cidery, Lake Anna Winery, Cooling Pond Brewery, and many more. And if you need to pick up some dinner, check out some of the delicious local restaurants, all within a dozen miles of this property. Electric vehicle owners will be happy to learn the newly installed Level 2 J1772 charger is available to prep your car for your adventures while here.

The main level of this vacation rental boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with counter stools, an adjacent dining table, and a cozy living area with comfortable seating and easy access out to the furnished deck. Downstairs, have a little fun in the recreation room with a wall-mounted, Netflix-equipped TV, a foosball table, and a dry bar with a small microwave oven and beverage cooler. The high-speed fiber internet ensures your shows will seamlessly load and is also great for catching up on remote work if you so choose. Outside, you'll find a screened-in sunroom with a table and chairs, a large deck, a gas grill, and a firepit out in the yard. And when it's time to turn in for the night, Lovin' Lake Life offers five cozy bedrooms. With so many options and every bedroom sporting its own TV, know you'll rest blissfully.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Security camera details: Please note that there are three active security cameras - a doorbell camera, front gate camera, and a back deck camera.

Dock details: Moor boat, dock is right out of the backyard of the home, boat launch right next to the dock



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
