Walk back up the path to the beach to reach the home's spacious, shaded backyard that is ideal for relaxation and conversation. Fire up the gas grill for afternoon cookouts, then dine alfresco at the table. In the evenings, watch the stars come out around the wood-burning firepit.
The living area of this two-story home features window-lined walls that invite in tranquil lake views. Kick back with a vacation read or stretch out and watch a movie with your crew after a day outdoors. There is a formal dining setting for family-style meals, a kitchen bar, and an additional table that doubles as a perch for board game nights. What agreat time to create memories for a lifetime! Family and firens enjoyed the venue next to the water. Swimming and fishing and good food. Nice yard to run or relax. Quiet and welcoming location.

Great lake front home! Plenty of room for us to enjoy spring break with pur 4 grandsons. They enjoyed fishing, kayaking & playing on the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed & kids lived all the games in the basement. We hope to return!

Overall our stay was great. However, I received no response from either hosts when I reached out in regards to the broken dining table on the deck upon arrival or when the tap water turned yellow.
Pros: There are lots of water toys as well as the games in the basement. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of extra blankets. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could need including some spices, an air fryer, and griddle. The deck was amazing.
Cons: Zero communication from hosts during our stay even with report of issues. Broken dining table on the deck. Furniture and decorations were very mishmash without any theme. The shower door and bathtub in the master were not cleaned.

This home was fine for my family of 4 for the week. We enjoyed the small private beach, kayaking, cooking meals, and the views. The house is new so the bathrooms & kitchen are very updated. The house was clean when we arrived. The pictures were accurate for the home.
- This house is on the warm side of the lake - look this up if you are unfamiliar with Lake Anna.
- This home will be great when finished. The basement has some games but isn't a spot to hang out (completely unfinished). There is no deck from the 2nd floor so there are doors that go no where - be careful with young kids. We BBQ'ed but feels clunky going through the basement or out the front door around the back of the house to get to the backyard.
- Bring some supplies. This home did not have some of the basics I would have expected (tissues, more than a few rolls of TP, dish soap for the week, etc.). We brought a water filter pitched because the fridge was flashing "replace filter".
- No curtains/blinds on many windows gives great views but also means the neighbor's dock lights shine into your bedroom some nights and eating dinner at the table with sun shining into your eyes.
- I had to text the rental company to get the access codes to enter the home. Thankfully they replied quickly.
There are a few other quirks with some of the furniture. This home had what we needed for a fun week with our 2 kids. Wouldn't hesitate to return as these aren't deal breakers and hopefully some will be fixed in the future.
