During the group's downtime, take refuge in the expansive living area. Boasting a spacious interior, furniture to lounge on while watching TV, and a dining table for your freshly-made meals, the hub of this home has everything you could want. The loft above provides a great refuge for the kids as well. Feel free to relax on any of the beds there, or have them indulge in the children's books, board games, and toys. You'll even have a private dock on the lake, so you can spend your summer vacation fishing, water skiing, and soaking in the sunshine.
Guests can enjoy kayaking or trying out the stand-up paddleboards for some fun on the lake. Inside, you'll find arcade games, foosball, Ping-Pong, and board games for enjoyable evenings with friends. Outside, guests will find a tetherball area and a horseshoe pit. Take your boat out and make a quick trip across the water to Lake Anna State Park, where you can lounge on beaches, explore scenic walking trails, or have a cozy picnic. The community offers a private boat ramp at no cost. If you need any equipment, Anna Point Marina is a seven-mile drive north.
THINGS TO KNOW
Starting June 2023, the right-hand side of the dock walkway (facing the water) will be reserved for the neighbor only.
For additional sleeping options, there's a twin and a full-size sofa bed in the basement.
Age-appropriate games and a Bumbo-style booster seat are available for younger guests.
Please note that a harmful algae bloom may be impacting the lake in this area. Please contact us for more info.
Two paddleboards, two adult kayaks, and three children's kayaks are available for guest use. Renters should bring their own life jackets to ensure proper fitting! Some will be available but sizes vary.
