Blue Heron Hideaway is a brand new lakefront home with amazing views on the Private Side of Lake Anna. We have fully equipped the home with everything you will likely need, because our goal is that you just have to pack your clothes, swimming suits, and water shoes. We recently added a 120 foot sandy beach, and a large furnished deck with several outdoor seating options, a screened in patio area, an outdoor bar and outdoor dining.



The Space:

Experience comfort and luxury at our brand new modern and spacious lakefront home on the Private Side of Lake Anna. You will love the 160+ feet of waterfront shoreline with a gently sloped naturally sandy bottom, warm freshwater, and a nearby quiet cove and huge private beach. Enjoy the panoramic blue water views from atop of our massive deck. We offer 3 living areas including the main living area, a formal living area with books, and an upstairs living area with family appropriate games. Relax in the spacious great room with huge bright windows, large French doors, a gas fireplace, and 4K Smart TV. Use the High Speed Internet and free Wifi network to stream your favorite shows while you FaceTime everyone! The home has 4 full bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a half bathroom. The first floor has an open floor plan with a great room and adjacent large kitchen, pantry, primary suite (King bed), formal dining room, formal living room, laundry room and an easily accessible half bathroom. The second floor has a 3rd living area, and 3 additional bedrooms including a secondary suite (King + Twin Bunk), and Jack (King + Twin Bunk) & Jill (Two Queen beds) style bedrooms with a shared full bath in between them.

You have full access to our entire house, and our property. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to our premier partner (DV Rentals LKA)!



The Neighborhood:

Elk Creek Landing is a new premier waterfront residential community located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. The community area has a pavilion and many large blue roofed covered boat slips directly adjacent to the private boat ramp.



This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay—from 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.



Getting Around:

Elk Creek Landing is the newest and most premier neighborhood at Lake Anna, while it's generally a quiet neighborhood, there is some ongoing new construction. We have ample free parking at our home for large groups with many vehicles. There are 2 white rocking chairs on the front porch and the front door is dark grey.

Our fully equipped home is ready to go with a spacious gourmet kitchen that easily accommodates a large group or entire family with lots of countertop space, a walk-in pantry, new stainless steel appliances, and all the tools you need to make your own world famous super secret recipe. Coffee and Tea lovers will appreciate our nice selection of k-cups, Keurig, French Press, and Pour Over Coffee Maker. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy our large deck, patio, porch, and propane gas grill. We have all kinds of fun activities including water toys, a huge 10’ by 10’ inflatable dock, fire pit, 2nd Smart TV with XBox Series X (plays DVD & Blu-Ray), volleyball set, horseshoe set, board games, books, and an assortment of toys. If you want to rent a Boat or Jet Ski, you have easy access to a nearby boat ramp. Level 2 EV Charger (Electric Car Charger) located in the garage. We also offer everything you would need for an extended stay including: Washer & Dryer.



**Additional Information:**

- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

- 8 Adults Maximum

- Free Parking for up to 8 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

- No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.

- No Pets Allowed without specific prior approval.



**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.



Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.

After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.

Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:

 - $25 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.

 - $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

We use Yale keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
