Welcome to Burnin' Daylight!

This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths! It has 2 sets of bunk beds, 2 full size beds, 1 queen, and a sleeper sofa. It also boasts a fantastic sunroom, plentiful parking, and waterfront lake access!
This home is also situated directly next to the neighborhood common area! Walk only a few steps to a private neighborhood sand beach, volleyball net, shaded gazebos, and a boat launch!!!
Or take a relaxing trip in one of the kayaks at the boat house. Life jackets provided!
Have a boat? Wanna rent one while you're here? Let us know so and we'll reserve the lift at our boathouse for your convenience!
If it rains, pull up a seat in front of one of the 5 TVs and watch a movie or binge a favorite show! There are also cards, board games, and Foosball if that's more your style. Or, for the brave, try to solve one of the murder mysteries in the game cabinet!

We had a really amazing time here over Labor Day weekend. The kitchen was well stocked, there was plenty of room, and the yard was perfect for the dogs! The overall cleanliness of the house could be improved, but that didn’t take away from spending time with family in a beautiful location!

We had an enjoyable stay. As I I work in property management, I was disappointed with the exterior and grounds of the property. It is obvious the interior has had upgrades and we enjoyed the home. However, the unattended landscaping and grounds took away from the experience. Broken chairs. We swept the deck and cleaned the deck furniture ourselves. Broken lawn ornaments. Grass was tall and not cut in the week were there. Trash in the bushes. Being outside is a large part of the lake experience and needs to be a focus. Please take this as constructive. Thank you.

We had a wonderful visit and enjoyed all of the amenities that the house offered: the dock, the fire pit, and all of the water toys! The house was accommodating for our family/friends, but could use a little extra TLC in cleanliness. The host was very responsive and even helped us to organize a pontoon rental.

We stayed 3 nights at the house and enjoyed our stay. The house was well stocked and in a nice location. We took advantage of the private dock and covered slip, as well as the neighborhood boat ramp. Kaleigh was very nice and answered my questions in record time. I rated our stay a 4 because a few things in the house need a bit of TLC.

Nice place to stay however a few comments and suggestions. House number is on the outbuilding behind the tree and so it was extremely hard to find the correct property. Specify the house number in a more common place. There was a very limited supply of paper products. We almost ran out. Also many of the lights didn’t work due to no light bulbs. Neighborhood and other house amenities were great. House needed to have a touch of spring cleaning. (Cob webs etc inside and out.)Very nice place.

Worked out well for us as we were working nearby at North Anna Nuc plant. House was great. Not much infrastructure in the area really have to go to Fredericksburg for restaurants bars and shopping. Owner was very nice and very attentive and reachable. Would definitely stay again

We really enjoyed our time at the property, it is as pictured and the location is beautiful. We were able to use the kayaks and life jackets in the boathouse. The area was nice and quiet, and the water was nice (lots of boats come through so we stayed near the shore due to the wake). The house was perfect for our stay, it was just my boyfriend and I, so we had more than enough room. The home was tidy inside, and stocked with plenty of linen and bathroom towels. We had some issues with the door code when we first arrived but the homeowner immediately answered my call and was very kind and helpful. She provided a solution right away. Would definitely recommend this property overall.

Overall, our stay was great. The only thing I would suggest is power washing the outside of the house and a little bit of cleanup outside. There were a few things inside the house that did not work, but overall the inside of the house was great. Mostly clean, but maybe have someone come in vacuum the cobwebs from the higher places. I would recommend some kind of swiffer wet jet as well, so people can clean up after themselves. Our host was amazing. Answered every question right away no issues there at all. We will be back to.Lake Anna.

We booked this rental for a bachelorette party for a friend of mine as a place for all of us to stay before going to the Renaissance Faire. The house was wonderful and cozy with plenty of games to keep everybody entertained and of course the lake access with the option to kayak or just hang out and swim was the icing on the cake.

Family and friends had a wonderful time on the Lake. Adults fished, while kids swam and kayaked. Place was as excepted, if not better. Kaleigh was very responsive to all communications. We will certainly come back soon.

Very cute house in a great location with a nice dock and easy water access for boats! The house was super cute and the beds were very comfortable! There were some issues with cleanliness that need more attention such as the the dirty shower liners that need to be replaced and the dirty furnace filter, naming a couple. The host was very responsive and helpful for check in and we felt very welcomed. We would stay here again. 😊

This was the perfect stay for a short weekend getaway with my family of 5. The location of this house was great - right on the lake and walking distance to a shared picnic area/boat ramp. Not to mention, the host was so helpful and responsive throughout the whole experience from booking to check-out.

House was lovely, with everything we needed at hand, and lots of readily available activities for kids (the coffee/foosball table hybrid was a big hit). Being able to walk to the neighborhood beach was great, as was having kayak's available when we wanted them.

If you are looking for a great place right on the lake, this was it. The house is clean and fresh with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Not all rentals come with towels and sheets, but this one did - super helpful. The yard is very large - perfect if you have dogs. It's right at the end of the cul-de-sac, so we didn't worry about the dogs running into traffic. The boat launch next door was very convenient. We were able to launch the boat, then park the trailer there on check out day so we didn't have to drive the cars back and forth to the marina. The boat lift was also a great bonus. Overall a great place to stay.

This was our first visit to Lake Anna and staying at this property made us start thinking of future trips to this area. We were fortunate to have met one of the owners during our stay and true enough, they are "super-premier" hosts. They quickly responded to messages prior to our arrival and made sure we were comfortable after we brought up concerns that could be easily addressed - mostly, cosmetic. They also gave us information about the area especially, hot vs cold side, public vs private side. The property was as described and could use a little more TLC on the exterior. Nevertheless, our stay was very restful and fun. We were fortunate to have had good weather days that we were able to grill and make good use of the kayaks. On the nights we had rain, there were board games available to use. We will definitely book with these hosts again!

This house is super cute and so close to water for all the adults and kids we had to enjoy it. The beds were super comfortable after a fun day. The biggest downfall was the outdoors, the fire pit chairs need to be updated or fixed and we had to take down two bees nests swarming at the front door before we could get into the house. The owner is very prompt and helpful so if you need anything it can be addressed quickly.

We had an amazing stay in this lovely home! The house felt so cozy but just spacious enough to give everyone a little privacy, and we made memories to last a lifetime on the dock. I highly recommend making the short walk to the community beach! We had such a great time!

Wonderful area of Lake Anna. Friendly neighbors and Great Lake Front neighborhood. Well equipped for family fun! Enjoyed the deck, great yard for our GSP and kayaking with the family. Close to food, restaurants, and marinas.
