About this house rental
Welcome to Tips Inn, a 3000 Sq. Ft. A Frame Lakefront home directly on Lake Anna with 100' of prime waterfront on the private side. The house has 2 screened porches (one is at the dock), and 700 sq. ft. of decking to enjoy. The dock can accommodate your boat or jet ski. The launch ramp is right around the corner. You can play soccer, football, or frisbee on the nearly one acre lot, or just relax on one of the decks outside and enjoy the view.
Inside, the master suite takes up the whole third floor, and boasts a king size bed, 32" flat screen TV with DVD player, and its own bathroom complete with jacuzzi tub and heated tile floor. There is also a loft area outside of the master bedroom which is set up as a reading/music area. There are two bedrooms on the main floor. One features a queen bed with its own bathroom with stand up shower, and the other has a full size bed and a bunk bed. Both of these bedrooms have 22" flat screen TVs and DVD players.
The great room features a 55" flat screen TV and DVD/VCR player, and two sliding doors that open up to the huge deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meal. The screened porch off the great room is a perfect place to eat dinner with a dining area for six people, and a propane grill for you to cook that perfect steak.
In the walk out basement, you will find a 50" plasma TV, Blu-Ray player with surround sound, and X-Box game console to enjoy. You can also play ping pong or one of the many board games provided. A twin over twin bunk bed provides sleeping accommodations, and a full bath with shower/tub is on this level as well. We also use a professional linen service to provide sheets and towels that will exceed your expectations.
Outdoor activities include swimming, kayaking, waterskiing, wakeboarding, fishing and boating. Two kayaks with paddles and life vests are available for guest use.
If the weather is not cooperating, there is a ping pong table, board games, DVD's, Xbox video games, and Dish network satellite service is on every TV.

Basic, clean home on the lake. Space for 2 adults and ideally two teens even though they crammed some bunk beds in one room and down in basement (no room). We enjoyed our 3 night stay here for spring break given that we were not trying to cook at the house and enjoyed the restaurants nearby. The bait shop is walking distance since the entry to the house is through the gas station parking lot. We primarily fished from the dock and did not do a boat or jet ski. We did take advantage of the kayaks provided. There was no power to the dock so on the warm weekend there was no working the fan on the deck did not work nor did the lights during the evenings if we wanted to fish. I contacted the host but she said she could not get it fixed during a holiday weekend. Probably would not want to swim right off the dock it is quite dirty but if you were able to get further out into the lake it might’ve been OK. Also upon arrival very disappointing to find no toilet paper in any of the bathrooms. Again, host was responsive but said it was the cleaning people’s fault. Luckily we had packed our own. Compared to other houses we have rented on the lake this one is more outdated with carpet in all the bedrooms and basements and basic kitchen appliances and countertops. Again fine for quick visit in my opinion. Beautiful lake views overall. Host was responsive as needed.

The house was just lovely and the best equipped residence we have stayed in. I had to call the Host to get the entry code and was surprised that I did not hear from VRBO with that information. I would highly recommend this house and your service to anyone.

Great stay. Incredible water views. Screened in areas were great for bug avoidance. Comfortable amenities and a delightfully firm king mattress as opposed to saggy ones in other rentals.Would stay again.
