About this house rental
Welcome to Tips Inn, a 3000 Sq. Ft. A Frame Lakefront home directly on Lake Anna with 100' of prime waterfront on the private side. The house has 2 screened porches (one is at the dock), and 700 sq. ft. of decking to enjoy. The dock can accommodate your boat or jet ski. The launch ramp is right around the corner. You can play soccer, football, or frisbee on the nearly one acre lot, or just relax on one of the decks outside and enjoy the view.
Inside, the master suite takes up the whole third floor, and boasts a king size bed, 32" flat screen TV with DVD player, and its own bathroom complete with jacuzzi tub and heated tile floor. There is also a loft area outside of the master bedroom which is set up as a reading/music area. There are two bedrooms on the main floor. One features a queen bed with its own bathroom with stand up shower, and the other has a full size bed and a bunk bed. Both of these bedrooms have 22" flat screen TVs and DVD players.
The great room features a 55" flat screen TV and DVD/VCR player, and two sliding doors that open up to the huge deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meal. The screened porch off the great room is a perfect place to eat dinner with a dining area for six people, and a propane grill for you to cook that perfect steak.
In the walk out basement, you will find a 50" plasma TV, Blu-Ray player with surround sound, and X-Box game console to enjoy. You can also play ping pong or one of the many board games provided. A twin over twin bunk bed provides sleeping accommodations, and a full bath with shower/tub is on this level as well. We also use a professional linen service to provide sheets and towels that will exceed your expectations.
Outdoor activities include swimming, kayaking, waterskiing, wakeboarding, fishing and boating. Two kayaks with paddles and life vests are available for guest use.
If the weather is not cooperating, there is a ping pong table, board games, DVD's, Xbox video games, and Dish network satellite service is on every TV.
