    Great location if you want to be near the main tourist attractions. Very spacious and the staff were very accomodating. I will definitely stay here again!

    Quiet, clean, perfect location - walking distance to Pontocho and the subway station. We walk through Kenninji shrine grounds to get to the pagoda and Ninenzaka. Would recommend.

    Very convenient go most places by train or by walk, and room is so clean, the size is way bigger than most Japanese hotels ,big enough for families of 4,also you can enjoy the Japanese Tatami style, if I have chance to come to Kyoto again, I will definitely stay here! Highly recommended!

    I was surprise how aesthetic and big the room/villa was. Not the usual small japan hotel room. Very clean! Love the tatami floor. The small garden was very nice. You can really feel the japan vibe from the room. The check in time is at 4pm to me its a little bit late and though its nice that they can keep your belongings before check in. The check out is at 10am and i think is too early.
