    You wont regret to stay here! 1) Near by Metro station Gion-shijo, business street, and tourism point, can reach by walking distance 2) The staff is super friendly and helpful! when I requested to change the room due to my upper level keep making noises, he immediately arrange another room for me and agreed to change a higher floor for us when it's available. He also recommend and introduce some restaurant/viewing point to us 3) The room is a bit tiny but it's clean, no odour 4) A lot of delicious food surrounding! Wish I could have 4 stomaches to fill 5) Got coin washing machine, can wash your clothes here 6) Massage service - chargable but special offer to hotel guest, super comfortable especially when you had a long walking day! A little bit improvement I hope can be done like: - add some hanger point in the room. We hardly to share a hanger point with 3 person staying in the room 😂 - toilet is clean but still got a bit of odour, need to clean properly So far so good, We are so happy to stay here and definitely will come back again in the future!

    The hotel was 5-7 times more expensive than other months. The sheets were not cleaned properly. I saw multiple hairs on the sheet and crumbs. The walls are thin, so you can hear your upstairs visitors.
