Clean, new, location

The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was tiny, but silent. Traveled as a family with two teens. The three beds were excellent. All of the supplies you need are outside your door. Front desk staff was excellent. Hotel was convenient to both the subway and the bus. We wondered the streets and found some excellent restaurants nearby. It was quiet and we all fell asleep quickly!

The fridge would not keep cool. It is in a cabinet and when you open the cabinet it is like a furnace. We tried to keep the cabinet open to help the fridge, but it didn’t seem to make a difference. It is ok to keep water cool, but wouldn’t trust it with milk or yogurt. Good thing Family Mart is right around the corner so we could pick up items daily for breakfast.

It was massive! We were able to be out all day, then come back to the room and relax before going out for dinner. The beds were also very comfortable. The check in process on the app was also very simple. Great location.

It's very expensive for a basic room. As per all the other reviews, the biggest criticism is the stupidly small fridge and the dirty washer/dryer.. that doesn't actually dry. It's a shame they've had so many poor reviews stating the same thing but they are yet to action anything.
